Lying near the Les Portes du Soleil ski area, in the Rhone-Alps, this is a 3-bedroom chalet in Les Gets. There is enough space for the children to play in the garden while you take a relaxing break in the private sauna. A family with children or a group having 6 members can stay here in comfort.
There are many restaurants, museums, and shops nearby. The region invites you to go for rock climbing, rafting, canoeing, horseback riding, mountain biking, and golfing. In the winter months, skiing, snowboarding, and cross country skiing are possible nearby. The ski bus stop just steps away from the chalet. Les Portes du Soleil ski area is nearby.
The chalet has a living room with a cozy fireplace. Start your morning by waking up with the sound of the birds and enjoying breakfast in the lovely furnished garden. On your terrace, you can admire the green hills. A children's bed and a high chair can be rented. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

Just not 5 stars, booking fine, but if we look at another house after booking, that does not mean that we want to be approached about this, feels like a bit of stalking

The chalet is very nice and quiet with a beautiful view from the terrace. The furnishings and facilities met our expectations. There are many opportunities for hiking in the vicinity. Free shuttle bus stops right outside. Beautiful region! We enjoyed it!

As expected, the location and layout of the chalet were completely to our liking. The kitchen and lounge are located above the bedrooms and bathrooms, so that the fir trees do not obstruct the view of the mountain landscape. The sloping ceiling is a bit too low, but the beautiful wooden construction makes the room very cozy. You can always enjoy the silence on the covered balcony and terrace.

We had a wonderful week. The house is fully equipped and the view is beautiful. We are back home for a few days now, but we still do not return the € 500 deposit. We think this will take a bit too long. We have left the house neatly. Furthermore, a great place to stay.

There was a lot wrong with the chalet in Les Gets; a summary in short sentences. The chalet was optically clean on arrival, but later it turned out that there was a lot of cobwebs and hair left behind on the sofa and the mattresses. On arrival, the door handle for the front door was loose, so we could not open / close the door properly. The housekeeper solved this after 1 day. Light button on entering bedroom defective; lamp out of socket because otherwise it continued to burn.Electricity cabinet in bedroom gave loud hum because 2 automatic switches were defective. The housekeeper turned it off so we had no hot water the next morning. Before going to sleep we turned off and on again the next morning. We just had a hot shower. Shower head in small bedroom turned out to have a loose connection with the hose; showering is therefore not possible. Alternatively, the fixed shower head could be used, but then the water flowed even faster out of the shower cubicle onto the stone platform in the bedroom. Housekeeper replaced the shower head after 4 days. Two dining room chairs were in such a condition that they could no longer be sat on responsibly. The housekeeper replaced this by bringing 1 decent chair. The kettle in the kitchen appeared to leak on the contact plate; housekeeper acknowledged this but was unable to replace it in the short term. Drawer front in bedroom spontaneously fell out. No indoor space to store ski equipment (garage not accessible). The chalet is worth the effort in terms of space and location, but urgently needs good maintenance necessary.
