Résidence Le Grand Panorama II enjoys a convenient hillside setting in 'Quartier La Sausette' in Valmeinier 1800. You're only 50-100m from the piste here and 800m from the town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. The resort features a reception area with billiards table, a heated indoor swimming pool (free), a sauna (additional costs), lifts and washing machines and dryers. You can park your car in the parking garage against a fee.
Résidence Le Grand Panorama II is located near the piste. From the resort, you can ski via the easy, green Epilobes piste to the Le Roi chairlift. At the top of this lift, you can choose between the green Chardons and the blue Violettes pistes, to go on to Valmeinier 1800. From the village, you can take the Epilobes piste back to your accommodation.
In winter, there's a free ski bus (8.30 a.m. - 6 p.m.) between La Saussette and the centre of Valmeinier 1800 (800m), but you could also walk over in around 10 minutes.
The old village of Valmeinier is situated at an altitude of 1,500 metres and the new winter sports area is at 1,800 metres. The vast skiing area of Galibier-Thabor connects the ski resorts of Valloire and Valmeinier and is ideal for a family-friendly winter holiday.
There are plenty of things to do in summer too, including hiking and mountain biking. Admire the stunning views of the Alps while you relax in the sun at one of the many outdoor cafes.

The surroundings are beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Vanoise National Park, which was just a short drive away.

We loved our stay at the Résidence Le Grand Panorama II! The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed, even a dishwasher, which was great after a long day of skiing. The location was perfect, close to the slopes and good restaurants. The WiFi was a bit slow, but we managed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Le Grand Panorama II! The apartment was cozy and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher that made our meals very easy. The location is simply beautiful, surrounded by the beauty of the Alps. We particularly enjoyed being a short distance from the ski lifts, which made access to the slopes easy every day. The dining options nearby, like Ski Food and Le Marmiton, were also a plus, offering delicious meals after a long day outdoors.
