The living room felt spacious and inviting. I loved hanging out there after a long day of exploring. It was refreshing compared to hostels, where you are cramped. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals, which also saved me money.

"In the middle of nowhere", but that certainly has its charms. Fantastic view from the terrace and every comfort available in the chalet. Thanks to good beds and general silence, I slept and rested very well. Contact with the rest of the world possible via a well-functioning WiFi. Narrow mountain roads by car you should be able to / enjoy and do not forget anything when shopping, because you have to do in the supermarket in Prades, which is 45 minutes drive). Several interesting / impressive trips made to castles (Cathars) and monasteries and with "le train jaune" from Mont-Louis to Villefranche-de-Conflent vv. is also very rewarding.

We had an excellent stay, the chalet is simply magnificent, perched on a mountain with a breathtaking view, on top of that the chalet is really very clean, very well equipped, in short, a very good place to relax.

Authentic, rustic, and very tasteful stone house. Everything is very clean and functional. The view over the 700m deep gorge and Mt. Canigou is unique. Gravel biking is strenuous but magnificent, hiking is endless. Pure nature. But: Shopping, bakeries, and dining are only available after a 600m mountain passage in 15km. Those seeking solitude, old medieval villages, nature, clear starry skies, and mountains will find it here. We will come back. Family from Friesland

We are overwhelmed by the beautiful view that you ALWAYS have the valei from the terrace is always beautiful and always different. The rest, you do not hear anything, is very nice if you like it. The surroundings and the view are magnificent. The house also looks cozy. Beds are quite narrow at 1.40 for two people. Mattresses were fine. It's a pity that everything was quite dirty. In our opinion, it hadn't been dusted in months and there were mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets. The shower cabin is full of mold and the whole bathroom smells of it too. Fortunately, we managed to put these disappointments aside and still had nice days.

Beautiful spacious house with stunning views. Beautiful surroundings and opportunities for hiking, mountain biking (to rent electric bikes in the area!). Fine kitchen and bathroom. One toilet does little for such "big house." In the evening at home suffered from a midge, and you should be fine storing food otherwise there mice or other vermin and you lie awake all night all the sounds that make these animals . Many rondgescharrel in the attic and on the roof. Though it was to get used to all the animals in the house, we still had a wonderful week and on the last night to 10 shooting stars seen from the patio, and a large owl that flew! That makes a lot of good !!
