The Domaine Iratzia holiday park is located in the beach resort town of Saint Jean de Luz and is surrounded by forests. Saint Jean de Luz is located in the Basque country between the mountains and ocean and very near the Spanish border. Despite the reputation of the renowned beach town, St. Jean de Luz has retained its authentic charm with its picturesque houses and charming shopping streets. There are festivals organized year-round and you will find many activities there, such as water sports, the golf course of Chantaco, a sea water spa centre and a casino. The IRATZIA AREA is in perfect harmony with its environment. Some of its front gables face the sea in the shadow of the pines, others have a view of the mountains. A true staging point for your holiday.

The Residence Club Domaine de Iratzia is located in the heart of a private park surrounded by pine trees, 400 meters from the beach Erromardie in St. Jean de Lutz.

The Residence Club Domaine de Iratzia offers comfortable apartments that can accommodate from 4 to 8 people. Some facades are oriented towards the sea in the shade of old pine trees, others face the mountains.

For your comfort an outdoor swimming pool with beaches and a turf solarium are available at the residence.

The Domain Iratzia holiday park has an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a beach and is located 2.5 km from the centre of St. Jean de Luz and only 400 m. from the beach.

The swimming pool is not heated and open from the middle of June to the end of September.

The photos on the Belvilla website look nicer than the actual complex/park. The apartment buildings are quite close together, while in the photos everything seems very spacious. It is convenient that you can park your car under your apartment building and use the elevator to go up. Regarding the staff, they were not unfriendly, but spoke very poor English (my French was better than their English) and seemed a bit unprofessional to me. One dinner we had was not registered, so we ended up eating for free. The service was terrible. The beer was out. In terms of the park's location, it is true that it is within walking distance of the beach, but you cannot swim or sunbathe there because there are many stones and the sand is too coarse. If you want to go out in the evening, you are dependent on a car because St. Jean de Luz is about 5 kilometers away. This park is intended for people who have no desire to meet other Dutch people and who are self-contained. We were the only Dutch people there, surrounded by French guests.
