Description
This exclusive villa with large pool stands on its own on a 3,000 m2 plot on the outskirts of the small, grown village of St. Martin de Seignanx. The house is surrounded by corn fields and on a clear day you can enjoy a magnificent view of the green hills of the Basque country and the Pyrenees.
This very well maintained, two-story house was recently completely renovated, offers about 200 m2 of living space and comes with its tasteful furnishings meet the highest standards. In the garden floor (pool level) of merging into one another living, dining and cooking area and a bedroom and a bathroom are housed baths, while four additional bedrooms, a second bathroom and a separate toilet are on the upper floor.
The living room has two leather sofas, a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. A wireless connection is also available.
The open, modern kitchen is well equipped, inclusive four gas hobs, cooker hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, fruit press, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and a dining table. In a storage room is a second fridge freezer available.
There is a second, spacious dining area for up to 12 people, with an adjacent game room, which is connected by a sliding door. From the living room and the dining area you also have direct access to the large terrace and pool area.
The ground floor bedroom has hardwood floors and is equipped with a large French bed (140cm wide), a walk-in closet and a TV with DVD player. The spacious, modern bathroom has a roll-in shower, a sink and a toilet The four bedrooms on the upper floor also features parquet floor. Two children are equipped with twin beds and a fitted wardrobe or a dresser. The other two bedrooms have a large double bed, a built-in wardrobe or a dresser. The two pool facing rooms are very quiet and have a nice view to the green hills of the Basque Country with the Pyrenees in the background, the other two rooms have views of the garden and surrounding fields. The upstairs bathroom has a tub, two sinks and a separate toilet linen is provided by the owner.
On the approximately 3,200 m2 plot with a lawn with some lovely old trees can play children to their hearts content. A slide and a swing are available. The large, south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a plancha, 4 sun loungers and 4 children chairs and a hammock. A table tennis table is also available. The pool is 10 mx 5 m in size and can be completely covered and sealed to protect young children and to save the heat. In pool house another shower and toilet and a washing machine are available.
The nearest Atlantic beach is about 9 km. The small town center with a bakery and a large supermarket is about 800 meters away. On the rarely traveled roads in the hinterland is ideal for beautiful bike tours across fields or along the picturesque Adour riverbank.
Up to 3 cars can be parked in the fully fenced plot. The house is set up for a maximum of 10 people. Due to the risks involved may use the swimming pool only under the supervision and experienced swimmers children.

Great holiday home for relaxation
The holiday home is an oasis for vacationers looking for relaxation.
The very nice owners who welcomed us on arrival have furnished their house with a lot of love and taste.
The kitchen is super equipped, there is enough crockery, glasses, cutlery, and also pots. Nothing was missing at all.
Also the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, very very nice.
Even a television with German programs. Internet flawless! The garden with the beautiful pool is very nicely arranged, here you can relax and recover well. The Atlantic Ocean is not very far away. We enjoyed the two weeks in this holiday home very much and recovered very well. We will dream of this vacation for a long time. From booking to the end, everything worked out great. Thank you very much to Mr. Bell who took good care of us and also a heartfelt thank you to the nice owners.

Perfect holidays on the South Atlantic coast
Very well-maintained, generously equipped holiday home in a quiet area.
Plenty of sports facilities on the premises: pool, table tennis, badminton, large meadow. Perfect also for four-legged friends due to the completely fenced property. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice, well-maintained house with more than sufficient space. Especially the equipment is worth mentioning positively.
The arrangement was carried out very professionally.
