The apartments of Residence La Brise des Dunes are spread out over this 3-storey building. This means that your apartment could be either on the ground floor, first floor or second floor. Some apartments offer a view of the dunes and others of the surroundings at the back. There are two different types.
The first is a 4-person luxury apartment (FR-59123-09). This features two bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with shower. This apartment also has a separate toilet.
The second type is also a 4-person apartment (FR-59123-10), but this features one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping corner (no window!) with bunkbeds. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
All apartments feature a complete, modern and comfortable interior. The lovely, bright living rooms are equipped with TV. The open kitchens are fully equipped with a combination microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and water kettle. You'll have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture at your disposal. You can park your car on the road (fees may apply).
Residence La Brise des Dunes is located at approx. 5 km from the famous coastal resort De Panne, just over the border in the French seaside resort of Bray-Dune. It's located at 1.7 km from the beach and borders directly on the dunes, only separated by a road.
The building (up to three floors), which was finished in 2017, offers 44 luxurious apartments. There are no facilities, so peace and quiet are guaranteed. The surroundings have so much to offer, that you certainly won't miss the facilities.

The reception is taken care of from a distance and handled from a central location. There is a manager living in the vicinity of the residence, but normally he isn'tpresent at the residence.

A very nice apartment that fully corresponded to the description given. Some points that we would tackle differently are details. For example, we would also provide dessert plates. That would help reduce the use of the dishwasher. Perhaps also provide a system where the code of the doors can be adapted to own codes for the duration of the stay. For the rest, only praise for the staff present

We found the accommodation very clean and tidy. The apartment is cozy and quiet on the side facing away from the street, so that the car traffic cannot be heard. The view from the balcony goes towards the dunes or into the green. Unfortunately, the good air is now and then impaired by smokers on the balconies below or in the neighboring area. The location right on the Belgian-French border is very interesting. There are several beautiful walks in all directions. It is only a few meters on foot to the entrance to the Westhoek dune reserve. The direct way to the beach on foot through the dunes takes just under 20 minutes. The stretch of coast here is natural (no development). There are also very good opportunities to go on bike tours from the hotel. The centers of De Panne and Bray-Dunes are only a few kilometers away. The beautiful towns of Veurne and Berge can also be reached quickly and easily by car. There are also numerous other leisure activities (e.g. Plopsaland amusement park only approx. 5 km away). All in all, a very relaxing and varied stay.
