The modern Residence Bray-Dunes Margats is a stone's throw from the sea and the beach and features various types of apartments. There's a 4-person type (FR-59123-01) with two bedrooms with a double bed or twin beds. Or a 5-person apartment (FR-59123-04) with one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area with a 3-person bunk bed. There's also a 6-person type (FR-59123-05) with an easily convertible double bed in the living room and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. For example, there's a dishwasher, a combination microwave and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All apartments have a balcony with garden furniture.

Residence Bray-Dunes Margats is on the edge of the charming center of the lively seaside town of Bray-Dunes. A vast and wide sandy beach and sea are within walking distance. A stone's throw away, you will find entertainment in the form of terraces, restaurants and shops. There are also opportunities for nature enthusiasts. An extensive, protected dune reserve begins only 200 m. from the residence.
At Bray-Dunes, you experience the best of the Belgian coast, with the peacefulness of the northern French coast. It is located about 4 km from the seaside resort of De Panne. Plopsaland De Panne is located 5 km away. Nearby, there is more than enough to do, both in the culinary (several restaurants and cafés) and cultural (museums including the Musée d'Art Contemporain de Dunkerque) area. You will fine several bunkers there and other relics from WWII. In addition to the dunes near the residence, nature lovers can visit the pristine dunes of De Westhoek. This is a nature area of 565 hectares between Bray-Dunes and De Panne. Another attraction is La Dune Marchand, a protected area that connects Bray-Dunes with Dunkirk.
There are various activities organized throughout the year in the Bray-Dunes area. The highlight is the annual folklore festival in July. There is also a huge parade, music festival, horse animation, a classic car expo, \"bal populaire\", a sandcastle contest and much more.
In the small village of Ghyvelde, about 6 minutes from Bray-Dunes, is the discovery farm \"Le Camelus.\" Here you will find 40 different species of animals such as llamas, buffalo, rheas and goats, and also ostriches, donkeys and rabbits. At about 15 km from Bray-Dunes lies the town of Coudekerque. Here you will find the golf course \"Golf de Dunkerque Grand Littoral\".
For lovers of sun, sea and sand, you only have to step out of the door, and within a few steps, you have everything at hand.
Residence Bray-Dunes is located at a stone's throw of sea and beach, on the edge of the center of the lively seaside resort of Bray-Dunes. A great destination for people who enjoy sun, sea, beach, entertainment, culture and nature.
The reception is taken care of from a distance and handled from a central location. There is a manager living in the vicinity of the residence, but normally he isn'tpresent at the residence.
Afther making the booking you will recieve a bill from the holidaypark for the costs on side. The holiday park is asking to pay before arrival to make the incheck more easy.

The apartment was tidy apart from a few things. The window was broken, for example, making it difficult to open. Lights in the kitchen were not working. Fortunately there was a small light above the cooker. The outside light didn't work either. The area was very nice! Made long beach walks.

The apartment on Rue des Magrats has an excellent location and was also clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Disadvantage there is no storage space for what you take with you, there are no closets at all. Not in the kitchen for kitchen utensils and not for clothing, but also no place where you can store your suitcase or bag. There is no air conditioning, and that was very hot in the hot summer of 2018. Most important, however, was that we booked through Belvilla and were under the assumption that we arrived in the Holidaysuites building ON THE SEA, with two full bedrooms, because this building on the photo was at Belvilla, but on arrival this was absolutely not the case, and we had an apartment 44A with 1 bedroom and a sleeping corner. Belvilla and Holidaysuites both said that the other person was responsible for this. Disadvantage of the sleeping corner (with bunk beds and third mattress on the floor) is that it is very difficult with young children, because how can they sleep in a quiet corner of the living room? Or how can the parents talk or read in the evenings if they want the room to be dark and quiet for the children? Sitting on the balcony was not an option, because then you have to go to the children too, with three older children this is less a problem, but yes, then I do not know where you store the stuff of three larger children, because cabinets are absolutely not in this flat.Other point about this flat he is far too full, with too much furniture, which way too big for the small flat. Throw the half out and you have a better flat.Advice for anyone who books through Belvilla look carefully in the booking which house you have, because the pictures of Belvilla do NOT show the right flats so that you, like us, end up in the wrong house.
