Yesterday we May 3, 2003 came back from a week in this house. It was our third visit to the Morvan, unfortunately, the second time with rain in the spring. But the house has certainly not located. Newly totally renovated, the exterior is left inside the authentic and modern and comfortable. Very well maintained bathrooms, a full kitchen, a washer and a fine wood stove. There is a good terrace, the lawn was just built and not yet walkable. Very neat and tidy! You will be warmly welcomed by the Dutch landlords who directly live in a beautiful farm next. In short, home is highly bevelen.Je live temporarily in an estate behind a castle in a beautiful piece of wood. Private, away from it all - just birdsong - with stores in about 15 minutes by car. Immediate area is very nice, the walk starts at the house on the estate. Mont Beuvrais and tour between Onlay and Chateau Chinon is highly recommended. Greetings and have fun! Tom Violier

We have had a fantastic week. The owners are very welcoming, you get good explanation of how everything works, check how you're doing or you need something, but also appreciate your privacy.We to advise the owners can make nice day trips, Mont Beuvray (here archaeological delights from Roman / Gallic time to behold), walking in "forest in Vandenesse (town away 15mins drive), Septennat Museum (Gifts that Mitterrand received in z" s time as president) and as some other nice to visit dorpjes.Verder you do not need much, because in the cottage itself is a good place in the fireplace, candles, games, DVD 's, music and there is a small but practical kitchen with good cooking equipment.Kortom, we recommend this place very much to our friends and through this gastenboek.Groeten, Bernadine & Ernest

Our arrival was wonderful; a very friendly welcome by the owners of the house after which we received a complete explanation, all in Dutch. We found the house charming and romantic and beautifully situated. The house has every comfort. Downstairs living room, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs a bedroom and spacious shower. Everything spotless and well maintained. I would like to stay there ... Culture and cities are a bit further away, you need about 45 minutes for that. The terrace is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings, which is sloping. and beautiful and a paradise for walkers. What was especially so wonderful: the silence

A great holiday with all the trimmings, you can not invent it if it's erToen we arrived we were faced with a similar flat tire, which is not surprising given the state of the unpaved road of 1.5 km. That you have no problem with this if you go with a Range Rover on step I understand, but considering we only have a simple normal car, is a very different story, boulders and holes in the path are not pleasant to rijden.De reception, however, was very cordial, Theo and Nieke its special warm-hearted people who helped us right at the turn of the wheel and the nearest garage called that, just Top! We had a great holiday, a lot of cycling in the area, on quiet roads . We were well received by the couple Frumau, also because they themselves come from the Netherlands. There was a bottle of wine on the table and water in the fridge. The cottage itself looked great and was fully equipped. TV with Dutch channels and a fine wood stove that we used several times in the evenings when it was a bit killer. The beds also slept well. If you go on holiday there you really have to go for rest. You hear nothing but the birds who give a concert through one piece. The view from the terrace is incredibly beautiful. You look because you are so high all the way across the valley to Onlay. We had e-bikes with us and then it is different to do cycling we would not recommend it because you are really in the mountains. There are plenty of sights in the area but then you really need to use the car. All in all, we had a great holiday that we look back on nicely. Theo still surprised with a jar of honey and the settlement of the deposit was already on our account after 2 days, thanking Theo and Nieke.

3 weeks we spent in a fantastic cottage. Fully equipped, nothing ontbreekt.Theo and Nieke Frumau are spontaneous and friendly owners, who are always willing to help make the stay even more enjoyable, while providing a high degree of privacy. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The last part of the road to it is difficult to access with a 'normal' car, because it paved with gravel and fairly steep, but with careful driving to get there. The cottage is beautiful, from the terrace you have a beautiful view. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and in the shade. Late in the evening and at night it is pitch black and you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky. The cottage has everything you need: adequate crockery, cookware, etc. Furthermore, it is clean and everything is well organized (for use with devices etc.). There is a lot of tourist information available and there is a row of good books. The area offers many possibilities for creating beautiful nature walks and there are, as everywhere in France, cultural attractions (beautiful Romanesque churches!) Abound. The weather was the first part of the week moderate, but given the time of year (autumn) was to be expected. The stove has good services rendered. About the beautiful location of the house in the woods with views of the valley we were happy every day very. With beautiful weather we have in an attractive area every day to do other hikes. It is not a tarmac road, but more a paved dirt road. It means so really drive carefully, especially if you have a low ground clearance. But if you drive carefully is doing fine. For us, when we started the holiday all this way for the first mushrooming. Nature is so overwhelmingly beautiful here. The administrators (Dutch) are very helpful. The tranquility and clean air are great. Because the house is in a national park, there is no industry in the area. Regularly came when we sat on the terrace, a robin between our legs to see if there were some crumbs and "night there were some squirrels that played on the dak.In tig the immediate vicinity there are no large cities with big attractions, therefore you have to drive on, but for hikers and is heaven. The Laiterie is located in a very beautiful part of the Morvan, the view is beautiful (especially the sunsets!), It is very quiet, the only thing you occasionally hear in the distance is the lowing of a cow, or the barking of a dog. For lovers of peace and quiet, good walking and cycling (if you are not afraid of the occasional slope is different along the Canal du Nivernais drive a nice alternative) an excellent spot. We had a relaxing two weeks. The accommodation was very nice, with some lovely pictures and ornaments. Cooking was a treat in the very well equipped kitchen. The weather was variable, but we managed a few days when we could read outside and enjoy our evening meal in the garden. The location was lovely, quiet and in the heart of rural France. We made a few visits to nearby towns, but the nearby villages were charming and we very much enjoyed our day out at the 'Comice' in Moulins-Engilbert. The owner was very helpful and made us feel very welcome indeed. Altogether a successful holiday, allowing us to return home refreshed and relaxed.

The house is nice and neat and cozy. The view is also nice. The location is not exactly ideaal.Laat sun on terras.Ruim a mile on a dirt road to get there and leave. You should always take a piece with the auto.De area is scenically beautiful little interesting places nearby.

The Laiterie is located in a very beautiful part of the Morvan, the view is beautiful (especially the sunsets!), It is very quiet, the only thing you occasionally hear in the distance is the lowing of a cow, or the barking of a dog. For lovers of peace and quiet, good walking and cycling (if you are not afraid of the occasional slope is different along the Canal du Nivernais drive a nice alternative) an excellent spot. We had three beautiful weeks, with almost always beautiful. R nThe cottage was clean, good beds, and spacious with furniture. It was a bit puzzling how you still had your own groceries etc lost. R nThe Morvan is a beautiful area and you can be all over the place for beautiful excursions and trips.

3 weeks we spent in a fantastic cottage. Fully equipped, nothing ontbreekt.Theo and Nieke Frumau are spontaneous and friendly owners, who are always willing to help make the stay even more enjoyable, while providing a high degree of privacy. We enjoyed the silence, the stars skies, sunsets and wonderful beds. The property is located about 2 km from an asphalt road up to the car very well doen.Een recommended!

We had a relaxing two weeks. The accommodation was very nice, with some lovely pictures and ornaments. Cooking was a treat in the very well equipped kitchen. The weather was variable, but we managed a few days when we could read outside and enjoy our evening meal in the garden. The location was lovely, quiet and in the heart of rural France. We made a few visits to nearby towns, but the nearby villages were charming and we very much enjoyed our day out at the 'Comice' in Moulins-Engilbert. The owner was very helpful and made us feel very welcome indeed.

Altogether a successful holiday, allowing us to return home refreshed and relaxed.

Our arrival was wonderful; a very friendly welcome by the owners of the house after which we received a complete explanation, all in Dutch. We found the house charming and romantic and beautifully situated. The house has every comfort. Downstairs living room, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs a bedroom and spacious shower. Everything spotless and well maintained. I would like to stay there ... Culture and cities are a bit further away, you need about 45 minutes for that. The terrace is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings, which is sloping. and beautiful and a paradise for walkers. What was especially so wonderful: the silence

We were well received by the couple Frumau, also because they themselves come from the Netherlands. There was a bottle of wine on the table and water in the fridge. The cottage itself looked great and was fully equipped. TV with Dutch channels and a fine wood stove that we used several times in the evenings when it was a bit killer. The beds also slept well. If you go on holiday there you really have to go for rest. You hear nothing but the birds who give a concert through one piece. The view from the terrace is incredibly beautiful. You look because you are so high all the way across the valley to Onlay. We had e-bikes with us and then it is different to do cycling we would not recommend it because you are really in the mountains. There are plenty of sights in the area but then you really need to use the car. All in all, we had a great holiday that we look back on nicely. Theo still surprised with a jar of honey and the settlement of the deposit was already on our account after 2 days, thanking Theo and Nieke.

We have enjoyed this cottage in this warm hot summer .. a terrace with sun and shade and a view over the hills. Reception was very nice, explanation about everything in this very complete house. It is indeed for 2 people but fine to do. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We can recommend any two couples looking for peace in this house ..

After finishing a mile of dirt we found the cottage in a wooded area. The reception was warm and we got a good explanation of everything we wanted to know. A bottle of wine and cold water was ready for us. The cottage was fully equipped and had a nice terrace with great views over the hills. If you like peace and quiet then this is an excellent place. You only hear the birds and cows. The owner once again enjoyed fresh fruit from our own garden. The area was very beautiful and hilly and ideal for walking and cycling (with electric bikes) .We departed we were given delicious home-made jams.We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay in Thard: Frumau The couple has done everything to make us comfortable. The house is fully equipped and enjoys a wonderful location with a beautiful view. The area is also ideal for relaxing ... at this season only a few cars on the streets, a great place for cycling fahrn (up and down ... if mans like) or you can take the Canal Neverois and ride comfortable there .... Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised by this area of u200bu200bFrance in many places, you get the impression that time has stood still ...

Saturday 16/6 arrived with my wife. Warmly received by mr. and mrs. Frumau and two dogs. Superb cottage, cozy and romantic and well maintained. The couple has real effort to organize.'s House as beautiful as possible All that is needed (and more) is present. Extensive use is made of fine furnace. In a week's time include Nevers, Moulins, visited Autun. Especially Autun Friday market is fun to watch. The location of the cottage is excellent. Wonderfully quiet (ff accustomed arrival because you have to drive 1 km to the house via a dirt road but you get used). Had a great week!

Wonderful cottage! Remember one of the first days, what to buy at "Les Terrines du Morvan" in Onlay to the D18, direction Villapourcon. Yummy stuff Then you have some treats at home to make if you have been. A day out easily done Visit to Mont Beuvray and the museum there is very worth it!!

Yesterday we May 3, 2003 came back from a week in this house. It was our third visit to the Morvan, unfortunately, the second time with rain in the spring. But the house has certainly not located. Newly totally renovated, the exterior is left inside the authentic and modern and comfortable. Very well maintained bathrooms, a full kitchen, a washer and a fine wood stove. There is a good terrace, the lawn was just built and not yet walkable. Very neat and tidy! You will be warmly welcomed by the Dutch landlords who directly live in a beautiful farm next. In short, home is highly bevelen.Je live temporarily in an estate behind a castle in a beautiful piece of wood. Private, away from it all - just birdsong - with stores in about 15 minutes by car. Immediate area is very nice, the walk starts at the house on the estate. Mont Beuvrais and tour between Onlay and Chateau Chinon is highly recommended. Greetings and have fun! Tom Violier

We had a very nice week. The house is quiet. The view is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The weather was the first part of the week moderate, but given the time of year (autumn) was to be expected. The stove has good services rendered. The area offers many opportunities (hiking, visits to villages and towns in the area). We have fully enjoyed.

The house is a bit remote, but it has a great view and it is surrounded by nature, right on the edge. It has been lovingly furnished and everything is available, what is needed. One can immediately feel at home here, and especially the fireplace makes it cozy. The owners are also very nice and always happy to help you further.

We have had a fantastic week.
