Incredibly cute little house in the middle of la campagne, large, hidden garden with a view of the surrounding fields, forests and hills. The villages around are unbeatable in terms of charm. I came here alone with my two dogs. For long walks through the countryside, reading, calming down, clearing your head, it's just perfect. House was very clean, everything you need was there, Supermarché less than ten minutes away, great wine and cheese from happy cows. :) Again and again! Processing via Belvilla also went flawlessly.

Excellent for those looking for peace and tranquility.A lesser known region in Burgundy, which is partly understandable given what there is to see / experience / eat in other departments of this region.Beautiful, clean gite, pleasant and friendly landlords , big garden. Provided a bit of searching and driving, however, lovers of beautiful walks and good food will certainly get their money's worth here (Morvan, Nevers, Bazolles with restaurant La Marine, Saint-Révérien, etc.). Two guests is ideal, three certainly to do, but four possibly too many if the weather is bad.

We have been here three weeks and they were all fantastic. We have seen many beautiful / old villages. We have done two bike rides along the Canal du Nivernais, one to the south and the other to the north. We started in Bozonnes and they were two completely different cycle routes, one flat and the other climbing. Our third trip went through the Morvan, definitely worth it, what a view! This was sometimes very intense when it comes to climbing. Trying to eat out here in the neighborhood, but that is harder than imagined, since the restaurants are not exactly close by. Add to that whether they were closed or the recommended restaurants no longer existed. The house is fantastic, everything is on and on and the garden is wonderfully free, especially at the rear. All in all, this house is recommended, although you must have good weather, because otherwise you are far from everything and everyone. We went to get our groceries in Prémery at the Carrefour, this is 17 kilometers away, there they really have everything. If we had forgotten something we went to St. Saulge to the supermarket.

Lovely house with beautiful enclosed garden, excellent place to take with you your dog. The big Parc Naturel Morvan is nearby, there are amenities close by (supermarket 5 km) and the reception was welcoming. Tips: Restaurant Les 3 Tourelles in Prémery and the ancient Roman ruins, the Gallo-Roman Bourgade the Compierre near Saint Révérien.

We had called from the road to report our arrival time, and the owner's sister was on time. She took plenty of time to explain everything. The 2 beds (in option sheets) were neatly made. The lake is within walking distance.

The holiday home is in tip-top shape and is located in the middle of an immense garden. This garden is fenced with barbed wire and shrubs. Unfortunately, there are places that a small dog can pass under, so a long leash to secure your dog when you are not supervising is useful. If you like peace and quiet, this region is highly recommended. We walked for hours in the woods nearby without meeting anyone. Take a flashlight with you for the evening walk because it is pitch dark.

We enjoyed it, despite the bad weather, unfortunately, this cute little house with its large garden, green views and beautiful surroundings, where we made many nice trips. Reception with fresh bouquets of flowers, jams, honey and brioche was most friendly! Best recommended, in our opinion, especially if you love a beautiful green landscape.

The large kitchen caught my eye immediately; it made meal preparation easier. We used the terrace for breakfast every morning, and grilling outside was fun with the grill. During our stay, everything felt clean and inviting.

Arrival was fine. The owner speaks only French but that was no problem. We were together with 1 dog. The house is not big. The living room seems very spacious but it is not. The garden is great and the environment too. We had to think very carefully about collecting the waste. Bag for this, bag for that. But that was also a nice challenge.

Pleasant reception. The owner welcomed us with homemade cake and a jar of fresh jam. Everything is present in the cottage what is needed (pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, board games, wifi, ...). Cozy decorated with an eye for decoration. The cottage is situated in the middle of the fields, very quiet. The garden is completely closed so our dog also had the time of his life! Only minus is that you always need the car to go to the store.

Nice house, nice that the dogs could accompany. It is on a quiet road and the surroundings are wonderfully quiet, although there are a few other houses nearby. The enclosed garden is wonderfully large and there are several places where you can enjoy the view and the sun. The cottage is well appointed, we have not missed anything. The bed was for us on the short side but no complaints anymore. Reception was friendly and helpful.

The arrival was fine. We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time, but that was no problem for the owner, who received us very friendly. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. A surprise for us was the new extension with bedroom, toilet and bathroom. This was realized in the spring, but that was after our booking and we did not know. This immediately made the house a lot more comfortable as we were four adults. The garden is huge and fenced, ideal for our two dogs. We were in the middle of a heat wave here, so very hot (35-38 degrees). Been regularly to the lake 2 km away to cool down. A swimming pool (you) in the garden would have been very nice in this heat. Barbecued in the garden almost every evening. It was a wonderful week.

The cottage is remote from large cities, with a supermarket in the neighboring town. There is a bakery nearby. A beautiful swimming lake with a beach where you can walk around is very close by. Nice house and a huge and beautiful garden with lots of privacy and tranquility really relaxing holidays. The setting is beautiful and we therefore have a lot of walking. Also, the dog had the time of his life. The interior is less. There are two double beds only 1.90 long, for us Dutchmen just too short. There were only double duvets, so we were forced to take to itself, because we were not all couples. The sofa bed in the living room, we went through it regularly, because the bars let go. The pans are less. A camping set, three small pots with a handle and without lids. Wash with 5 people quite make do. It was nice that there is a washing machine and dishwasher was present.

Despite the fact that we don't speak French and they barely speak English, we manage with gestures and google translate. The house is wonderfully cool and there is a bottle of cold water in the fridge. We can tell that this house has been lovingly renovated and the addition is fantastic too. Because there are two of us, we don't have to use the upper floor. Our two dogs are also very happy with the spacious garden. So nice that they can't go any further, because the garden is closed. We feel right at home there. This house is a real gem and a must if you want to relax and are looking for peace and space. We have made a walk from the house to Etang de Ligny, but with the help of the route planner from google maps. Don't expect that the paths are all beaten, sometimes you have to go through bushes and fallen trees, but that's what makes it exciting. In any case, we had a wonderful two weeks here. Well a comment on what is called an enclosed garden in many reviews. It is a simple barbed wire that your four-legged friend will be able to use without problems. Do you have a less faithful dog like us and do you hope to be able to roam freely here without worries, forget this. We enjoyed it, despite the bad weather, unfortunately, this cute little house with its large garden, green views and beautiful surroundings, where we made many nice trips. Reception with fresh bouquets of flowers, jams, honey and brioche was most friendly! Best recommended, in our opinion, especially if you love a beautiful green landscape.

Lovely house with beautiful enclosed garden, excellent place to take with you your dog. The big Parc Naturel Morvan is nearby, there are amenities close by (supermarket 5 km) and the reception was welcoming. Tips: Restaurant Les 3 Tourelles in Prémery and the ancient Roman ruins, the Gallo-Roman Bourgade the Compierre near Saint Révérien.

Nice house, nice that the dogs could accompany. It is on a quiet road and the surroundings are wonderfully quiet, although there are a few other houses nearby. The enclosed garden is wonderfully large and there are several places where you can enjoy the view and the sun. The cottage is well appointed, we have not missed anything. The bed was for us on the short side but no complaints anymore. Reception was friendly and helpful.

Pleasant reception. The owner welcomed us with homemade cake and a jar of fresh jam. Everything is present in the cottage what is needed (pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, board games, wifi, ...). Cozy decorated with an eye for decoration. The cottage is situated in the middle of the fields, very quiet. The garden is completely closed so our dog also had the time of his life! Only minus is that you always need the car to go to the store.

Arrival was fine. The owner speaks only French but that was no problem. We were together with 1 dog. The house is not big. The living room seems very spacious but it is not. The garden is great and the environment too. We had to think very carefully about collecting the waste. Bag for this, bag for that. But that was also a nice challenge.

A house with a special history in a beautiful location, with all amenities and with lots of (mountain) space. The house stands on a very large lot, there is always place to sit in the sun or in the shade, and behind the house there is complete privacy. We have cycled every day in the area, there is a nice change between the rolling countryside (a challenge!) And flat sections along the Canal du Nivernais, with the 16 locks as absolute highlight.

We are very kindly received, have received a good explanation. The house is cozy and immaculate. Everything is there. The large garden was one big playground for our two four-footed people who had the time of their lives. All day crosses and sleep in the evening, like us.

Great and well-kept house for 2 in the middle of nowhere but still only 5 minutes from a larger shop and bakery. Equipment in the house is complete and up to date. Nice big garden. Well a comment on what is called an enclosed garden in many reviews. It is a simple barbed wire that your four-legged friend will be able to use without problems. Do you have a less faithful dog like us and do you hope to be able to roam freely here without worries, forget this. Very quiet on the walks, at the end of April we didn't actually meet any other walkers.

We have been here three weeks and they were all fantastic. We have seen many beautiful / old villages. We have done two bike rides along the Canal du Nivernais, one to the south and the other to the north. We started in Bozonnes and they were two completely different cycle routes, one flat and the other climbing. Our third trip went through the Morvan, definitely worth it, what a view! This was sometimes very intense when it comes to climbing. Trying to eat out here in the neighborhood, but that is harder than imagined, since the restaurants are not exactly close by. Add to that whether they were closed or the recommended restaurants no longer existed. The house is fantastic, everything is on and on and the garden is wonderfully free, especially at the rear. All in all, this house is recommended, although you must have good weather, because otherwise you are far from everything and everyone. We went to get our groceries in Prémery at the Carrefour, this is 17 kilometers away, there they really have everything. If we had forgotten something we went to St. Saulge to the supermarket.

The arrival was fine. We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time, but that was no problem for the owner, who received us very friendly. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. A surprise for us was the new extension with bedroom, toilet and bathroom. This was realized in the spring, but that was after our booking and we did not know. This immediately made the house a lot more comfortable as we were four adults. The garden is huge and fenced, ideal for our two dogs. We were in the middle of a heat wave here, so very hot (35-38 degrees). Been regularly to the lake 2 km away to cool down. A swimming pool (you) in the garden would have been very nice in this heat. Barbecued in the garden almost every evening. It was a wonderful week.

Excellent for those looking for peace and tranquility.A lesser known region in Burgundy, which is partly understandable given what there is to see / experience / eat in other departments of this region.Beautiful, clean gite, pleasant and friendly landlords , big garden. Provided a bit of searching and driving, however, lovers of beautiful walks and good food will certainly get their money's worth here (Morvan, Nevers, Bazolles with restaurant La Marine, Saint-Révérien, etc.). Two guests is ideal, three certainly to do, but four possibly too many if the weather is bad.

The holiday home is in tip-top shape and is located in the middle of an immense garden. This garden is fenced with barbed wire and shrubs. Unfortunately, there are places that a small dog can pass under, so a long leash to secure your dog when you are not supervising is useful. If you like peace and quiet, this region is highly recommended. We walked for hours in the woods nearby without meeting anyone. Take a flashlight with you for the evening walk because it is pitch dark.

Nice house and a huge and beautiful garden with lots of privacy and tranquility really relaxing holidays. The setting is beautiful and we therefore have a lot of walking. Also, the dog had the time of his life. The interior is less. There are two double beds only 1.90 long, for us Dutchmen just too short. There were only double duvets, so we were forced to take to itself, because we were not all couples. The sofa bed in the living room, we went through it regularly, because the bars let go. The pans are less. A camping set, three small pots with a handle and without lids. Wash with 5 people quite make do. It was nice that there is a washing machine and dishwasher was present.

After a long journey we arrived hot and sweaty and were warmly welcomed by the landlady. She gives us a tour of the house and explains everything. Despite the fact that we don't speak French and they barely speak English, we manage with gestures and google translate. The house is wonderfully cool and there is a bottle of cold water in the fridge. We can tell that this house has been lovingly renovated and the addition is fantastic too. Because there are two of us, we don't have to use the upper floor. Our two dogs are also very happy with the spacious garden. So nice that they can't go any further, because the garden is closed. We feel right at home there. This house is a real gem and a must if you want to relax and are looking for peace and space. We have made a walk from the house to Etang de Ligny, but with the help of the route planner from google maps. Don't expect that the paths are all beaten, sometimes you have to go through bushes and fallen trees, but that's what makes it exciting. In any case, we had a wonderful two weeks here. And go rested and go home again.

Incredibly cute little house in the middle of la campagne, large, hidden garden with a view of the surrounding fields, forests and hills. The villages around are unbeatable in terms of charm. I came here alone with my two dogs. For long walks through the countryside, reading, calming down, clearing your head, it's just perfect. House was very clean, everything you need was there, Supermarché less than ten minutes away, great wine and cheese from happy cows. :) Again and again! Processing via Belvilla also went flawlessly.
