Dirty smell when you enter.Gasfire for cooking dirty and kitchen cabinets dirty.Tuingerief dilapidated and garden not maintained.Grote garden but without a gate not ideal for petsI s not in the habit of bellvilla to offer something like this for rent.

Attractive house in a street with a large garden and fence, but without a gate. Not handy with dogs. Nice that there is a washing machine. Further overdue, which the owner has promised to pick up. In short: very worthwhile!

We have an excellent holiday. The arrangement with the owner was very smooth, warm and friendly, the neighbors are friendly people smooth. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy lovely cycling along the canal. The Morvan is a little further (about 20 km), but definitely worth signposted walks. A visit to a local market is definitely recommended, you can even taste special dishes. You go look at the best office de tourisme Decize the folder where you get from the market days. Certainly the delicious wine tasting of Burgundy.

We are very disappointed. The photos promised a beautiful garden and a cozy cottage. The garden is not maintained, there are many weeds. The house is not clean, you will find dirt in all corners and sides. There are 2 cooking pans, 1 lid and 1 cooking pot. It cannot be used, the inside does not look good. When you use the washing machine there is a pungent sewage odor. The knobs of the extractor hood have been replaced by screws. There are 2 cracks in the window of the kitchen at the front. This house is Belvilla unworthy…

The house is quiet and actually offers everything for a pleasant holiday in the country. Considerable compromises have to be made in terms of equipment. The bathroom radiator hangs loose in the wall. Curtain rods are partially defective and the mixer tap in the sink rotates when used. Kitchen utensils were partly unusable. We bought pans and cutlery. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We didn't see the manager the whole time. Too bad, with a little effort much more would be possible.
