Warm welcome. Very nice (authentic) house. Rural quiet surroundings. Chickens and sheep scare through the village. Nice towns nearby with the absolute highlight of Vezelay where we have been several times. Also beautiful lakes in the vicinity (étangs de Baye et Vaux) where it is well-maintained (including swimming).

Friendly welcome and great service during the holidays and nice accommodation. Very quiet area at the border of the Morvan Nature Park. Great for getting to rest in Burgundy, even in the car. In France, France discovered that we have been searching for years. Of nature and make use of the excess of tips to your own needs!

When we arrived in the rustic hamlet we were welcomed by the hostess with glass of white wine, very nice after a journey! We were shown around the house, and we found very charming cottage on. It's not very big, but supper attractive, fresh and clean! The eigenaaresse has kept everything organized and verbouwd.Wat was nice that you found an empty house, we sat in coffee in the coffee pot, sugar bowl was filled and the toilet rolls were ready, very nice it feels more like coming home . What is also noticeable that the eigenaaresse has followed the comments of the previous owners, the table in the tiun wobbles no longer and there is an additional handle on the stairs. We have this holiday many sat in the lovely garden and enjoyed hey hamlet, but the setting is really beautiful !! The eigenaaresse saw that we so enjoyed, and therefore offered us that we could stay a day longer! Very welcoming and nice that we could drive back on Sunday !!.

How we (2 pers + dog) enjoyed the peace during this holiday. A lovely house in a quiet village. In the vicinity beautiful small (and larger) villages in a hilly landscape. What struck us was that there is so much organized in the villages. Many flea markets, art exhibitions and other events. We also cycled along the canal (locks route with 40 locks ... Recommended!). Also walking and swimming is wonderful in this area. A few tips: Vezelay, Lormes, Lac de Pannecière (large lake 45 minutes drive where it is very quiet and where you can go with your dog). Really a beautiful region (beyond expectations). The hospitality of the Loes made our holiday complete.

We were very warmly welcomed by our hostess with a drink and fantastic snacks! She was also very helpful in booking tickets for the Bibracte museum! The house was cozy, hygienic and really very complete. We have not misunderstood anything. The bed was beyond exquisite for us! But that is very personal and depends on your preference for hard or soft mattresses. Our mattress was quite firm, no dips! The area around the house is very quiet, but there are several nice villages and towns. Cycling along the Canal du Nivernais is highly recommended, as is a visit to the Bibracte museum. We had a rainy week, but we were never bored!

We were already in this nice house. A warm welcome and see you again with the landlady Louise. A very nice house with all conveniences. The area offers enough to return many times peace, space, silence and also some nice little towns in the area. Vide greniers and other entertainment everywhere in high season. Despite our late arrival time, we were warmly welcomed by our hostess. The next morning our hostess brought us fresh bread and croissants from the bakery. The house is well-kept, comfortable and spacious. For the house a piece of private garden with plenty of sunshine (on the days that this shone). A wonderfully peaceful rural setting. During a short evening walk 2 jumps spotted, which were near in a tree. The area is suitable for hiking. Because it rained for a couple of days we visited castles and towns nearby. Whoever loves to eat is very welcome. Thanks to the welcoming welcome, the peaceful and beautiful surroundings with many beautiful places in the vicinity we had a wonderful week.

We were received very warmly, had a nice contact with the owner who is Dutch. We spoke little French and we'd do if we had converted former stables in France zijn.De retaining the original features and simple furnishings. The wooden staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms is difficult. For the less mobile a problem. The immediate surroundings of the French countryside with farms and simple "refurbished" farmhouses foreigners.

For vacationers who love nature and tranquility, like me, this place is perfect. Here you can enjoy the beautiful countryside of Burgundy / Morvan. Flora and fauna are exuberant. I enjoyed every day. And something you want to do more noise, then there are a few kilometers from beautiful cities to visit. The house is fully equipped and authentic. Fantastic time in Vaux / Saizy !!

We enjoyed our stay at Vaux, a quiet hamlet of Saizy. Dutch friendly hostess who gave us useful tips about the omgeving.Ideale environment for walking and cycling. A region without mass tourism.

Burgundy, beautiful home, nice (Dutch) owner, good reception with delicious food (local cuisine). Great village, plenty of rest, lots of nature, friendly mensen.Tuintje enough to eat and sunbathe. Burgundy is still very green and there are nice places to visit in the vicinity.

We were very warmly welcomed by our hostess with a drink and fantastic snacks! She was also very helpful in booking tickets for the Bibracte museum! The house was cozy, hygienic and really very complete. We have not misunderstood anything. The bed was beyond exquisite for us! But that is very personal and depends on your preference for hard or soft mattresses. Our mattress was quite firm, no dips! The area around the house is very quiet, but there are several nice villages and towns. Cycling along the Canal du Nivernais is highly recommended, as is a visit to the Bibracte museum. We had a rainy week, but we were never bored!

Owner Louise received us most cordially with tasty snacks and a bottle of wine. The accommodation was more than adequate for the two of us and our dog. Everything we needed was there and Louise came by regularly to find out if everything was satisfactory. She gave us some good tips about the area, markets, etc. In the immediate vicinity of the house there were already many hiking opportunities through the beautiful landscape of Burgundy, where we have covered many kilometers in recent years. A must for those who love nature and tranquility. Thank you, Louise, for your delicious tarte tatin and the final champagne drink! We will gladly come back again.

House is suitable for seniors. Dangerous staircase with no handrail, to the bedroom floor. In one bedroom is behind the door a level difference of 20 cm. "At night dangerous (pitch black). No ventilation in the bathroom. Constantly moist. There is no path to the front door. You always have the (wet) grass. Garden expire, so even the furniture is tilted and therefore the glass .... We had a lot more to expect ..

A very warm welcome by the owner, with a bite and a drink. Guided tour of the cottage and tips for a pleasant stay. Beautiful environment. Nice quiet hamlet. A starry sky like we have not seen anymore.

Warm welcome. Everything correct and pico bello okay. Basic stuff (herbs, oil, vinegar, etc.) for cooking. Have a nice holiday. Little contact with office / not worked (internet work as a stutter with prostate problem). Therefore, benefited from the advice and tips of the hostess. Lived as God in Burgundy. Had a good luck with the weather. Away from the world, with wine, escargots, Epoisses, local devastated villages with a church and a few houses, nothing to add to the experiences of previous guests and can only say that the Tarte Tatin was succulent!

Despite our late arrival time, we were warmly welcomed by our hostess. The next morning our hostess brought us fresh bread and croissants from the bakery. The house is well-kept, comfortable and spacious. For the house a piece of private garden with plenty of sunshine (on the days that this shone). A wonderfully peaceful rural setting. During a short evening walk 2 jumps spotted, which were near in a tree. The area is suitable for hiking. Because it rained for a couple of days we visited castles and towns nearby. Whoever loves to eat is very welcome. Thanks to the welcoming welcome, the peaceful and beautiful surroundings with many beautiful places in the vicinity we had a wonderful week.

When we arrived in the rustic hamlet we were welcomed by the hostess with glass of white wine, very nice after a journey! We were shown around the house, and we found very charming cottage on. It's not very big, but supper attractive, fresh and clean! The eigenaaresse has kept everything organized and verbouwd.Wat was nice that you found an empty house, we sat in coffee in the coffee pot, sugar bowl was filled and the toilet rolls were ready, very nice it feels more like coming home . What is also noticeable that the eigenaaresse has followed the comments of the previous owners, the table in the tiun wobbles no longer and there is an additional handle on the stairs. We have this holiday many sat in the lovely garden and enjoyed hey hamlet, but the setting is really beautiful !! The eigenaaresse saw that we so enjoyed, and therefore offered us that we could stay a day longer! Very welcoming and nice that we could drive back on Sunday !!.

For vacationers who love nature and tranquility, like me, this place is perfect. Here you can enjoy the beautiful countryside of Burgundy / Morvan. Flora and fauna are exuberant. I enjoyed every day. And something you want to do more noise, then there are a few kilometers from beautiful cities to visit. The house is fully equipped and authentic. Fantastic time in Vaux / Saizy !!

Huisje geboekt om in de omgeving te gaan wandelen . Het ligt in een piepklein dorp waar de kippen openstaat scharrelen .We hebben door het slechte weer maar weinig in de campagne gewandeld. Gelukkig liggen de stadjes vezelay en corbigny in de buurt . We hebben daardoor toch een leuke tijd gehad . De gastvrouw is hartelijk bij de ontvangst en heeft de nodige tips . Het was aangenaam toeven .

We enjoyed our stay at Vaux, a quiet hamlet of Saizy. Dutch friendly hostess who gave us useful tips about the omgeving.Ideale environment for walking and cycling. A region without mass tourism.

It was a lovely house, in the middle a very small village with 24 inhabitants, it was wonderfully quiet. There was not heard any noise from traffic or industry and the area smelled very clean, no exhaust from traffic, just wonderful. The hostess and Mr. were very nice, we are invited to drink a glass of wine and a delicious bite to get food, super nice.

On arrival there is a nice reception! The house in the old part of the former farm is cozy. Two old cribs are included in the interior. The beautiful surroundings speaks for itself. The sites Beaune, Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire and their surroundings are worthwhile and reach - when you leave the beaten track - through fun trails through the vineyards. There is plenty to see and explore. We have had a good week!

Burgundy, beautiful home, nice (Dutch) owner, good reception with delicious food (local cuisine). Great village, plenty of rest, lots of nature, friendly mensen.Tuintje enough to eat and sunbathe. Burgundy is still very green and there are nice places to visit in the vicinity.

How we (2 pers + dog) enjoyed the peace during this holiday. A lovely house in a quiet village. In the vicinity beautiful small (and larger) villages in a hilly landscape. What struck us was that there is so much organized in the villages. Many flea markets, art exhibitions and other events. We also cycled along the canal (locks route with 40 locks ... Recommended!). Also walking and swimming is wonderful in this area. A few tips: Vezelay, Lormes, Lac de Pannecière (large lake 45 minutes drive where it is very quiet and where you can go with your dog). Really a beautiful region (beyond expectations). The hospitality of the Loes made our holiday complete.

We were already in this nice house. A warm welcome and see you again with the landlady Louise. A very nice house with all conveniences. The area offers enough to return many times peace, space, silence and also some nice little towns in the area. Vide greniers and other entertainment everywhere in high season. We were received by the hostess Loes in a very warm and pleasant way. (freshly baked cake was present). The weather left the wishes, after the second day of rain Loes came with a home-made, delicious apple pie as a consolation. The accommodation is pleasant, well-kept and extremely quiet, A must for those who seek tranquility!

Arrival was fantastic! The owner received me very pleasant and even offered dinner. In the beautiful, stylish house, I was missing nothing ... you can not imagine if it was there. The area is the true French countryside. Lots of natural beauty and a tranquility that I love.

Friendly welcome and great service during the holidays and nice accommodation. Very quiet area at the border of the Morvan Nature Park. Great for getting to rest in Burgundy, even in the car. In France, France discovered that we have been searching for years. Of nature and make use of the excess of tips to your own needs!

We were received very warmly, had a nice contact with the owner who is Dutch. We spoke little French and we'd do if we had converted former stables in France zijn.De retaining the original features and simple furnishings. The wooden staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms is difficult. For the less mobile a problem.
