This serene holiday home is located in Vignol, Burgundy in the countryside. It includes a swimming pool, a terrace, and a fenced garden. It is ideal for small families and groups.
The Burgundian countryside is filled with little farming hamlets. Vézelay is known for its superior wines and is a must-visit destination. Avallon and Clamecy are good for day-trips. You can do your grocery shopping, and eating out 4 km away. A lake is located 17 km away from the home.
In the living/dining room, you have a TV and DVD player for your family entertainment. Your own indoor heated swimming pool invites you to take refreshing dips at your convenience. The fenced garden with garden furniture and sunloungers welcomes you to relax in the sunshine and fresh air. At the terrace, you have garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy summer nights.
The gite is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. (Staircase too steep).

We were warmly welcomed by the landlord (owner). It is a cozy cottage and fulfilled all our wishes. A bottle of wine was ready on arrival.

Wonderfully quiet holiday address. The owners are very friendly. Householder does his best to also English praten.Vakantiehuis is ideal if you like peace and as a base to explore the area verkennen.Huisje is not suitable for families with small children and / or people with mobility problems

This is a must, very pretty and very quiet situated house with a very nice indoor pool. The owners live in another part of the house, have the ability to be there for you and you still geven.Ingang complete privacy to the house is via a staircase and the stairs in the house upstairs is very narrow, so do not book if you not a good walker, in all other cases recommended for tranquility.

The owners are very hospitable and are always willing to advise and help. It's handy if you can speak French well and understand. The vegetables from their own garden are delicious. The well-furnished cottage is very rural (cows next to the front and back garden). The (indoor) swimming pool is not big but very nice. The cottage is a good base for discovering the area. The Morvan is definitely worth exploring, but also the surrounding towns. For groceries and daily bread you have to drive a bit (supermarket 10 km, bread 3 km).

It's a good stay, but you shouldn't have any physical problems. Very steep, narrow stairs to the top. And what I think is a shame is that there is plenty of everything but not one good place to sit when you are in the house.

Friendly host and madam, I had not realized that there was no towels, linen, toilet paper or washing-up liquid, etc. at all. For a fee, we are provided with this. The area is rural, bringing bicycles is an added value, the cottage is decorated in an old-fashioned way, the bed was 1.80 m long, was too short for my partner. Everything was clean.

It is a very pleasant holiday accommodation. It is very neat and well taken care of, the owner is incredibly friendly, there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, and the nature and tranquility are amazing. Exactly what we wanted!
