We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Pénestin! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach. The house itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our family of four. We loved having barbecues in the garden and spending evenings on the terrace. The nearby restaurants were a hit with the kids, especially the Pizzéria de la Mine d'Or. Overall, a peaceful retreat that we would highly recommend!

Nice comfortable house, quietly located, right by a beautiful beach. Nice hiking trails. At low tide, you can pick your own mussels and cook them!

The accommodation matched the description and was perfect for our family. We especially loved the cozy fireplace for the cooler evenings. The short walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy spontaneous beach days. A great value for money!

Friendly welcome with guided tour by the owner. It was a beautiful house with a large garden with lots of privacy. The interior of the house could be a little nicer. The only downside for me was the kitchen: there was so much of everything that it was mainly a mess of unrelated things. The pans did not match the 2-burner hob. So as far as I'm concerned: empty everything, clean it and sort it. The immediate area did not have much to offer, but the house is 10 minutes walk from the coast and you can walk fantastic.

We spent a lovely week here with friends. The two bedrooms were ideal for us, and the living area was large enough for everyone. The nearby water sports kept us busy during the day, and we enjoyed quiet evenings in the garden.

The house is located in a residential area consisting of holiday homes and a single sustainable built villa. Closed gardens and garages, a private neighborhood. Security and security. The reception at the holiday home by Joel Dennier was very friendly and welcoming. It was asked to call a few hours before arrival. We forgot that. Next time, because Joel has to come from Rennes to Penestin. The house was well located, with a large garden surrounding it, which could be closed with a fence. The house was large with on the second floor sleeping accommodations for 5 people and a baby cot. If you bring airbeds, you can sleep with sleep on the ground floor, and there is another double bedroom, cutlery, plates, etc., but the furnishings of the house are poor and have been a bit more cozy. Clean and tidy clean on arrival. We were with three or three, if you are with more than four people, some improvisation is requested. 1 bathroom, kitchen table and table in the living room with 4 chairs, two-piece electric cooker. Beach, bakery, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty to do and see in the area. We have been fine and have had a great time.

Beautiful holiday home with large garden of all conveniences provided in a somewhat boring suburb with mainly second homes so in June very quiet. Beach within walking distance. Hiking trails along the coast. Especially east side is beautiful. Well far from sights like Vannes and Carnac. Bed in bedroom was unfortunately too hard for us. Nearby, especially pizzerias and crepes. Vannes, next to Morbihan, Carnac and Quiberon worth a visit

Good holiday in beautiful surroundings. Lots to see, lots of culture. The weather was enormously. Beautiful sunny day which was more than nice holiday. Overall, had a nice holiday and seen a lot of Brittany.

Nice, very well-kept house exactly lived up to the description on the website. The house is detached, surrounded by a large garden. All amenities provided except wifi. At about 3-4 minutes walk from the beach. Excellent environment also to make trips. In short, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this house.

The house is fantastic and very close to the sea. Along the sea are good hiking trails and there are stunning views. The reception was nice and the house is neat and clean. There are good walks in the area and good restaurants. It is a shame that the range of the mobile phone is bad and that there is no wifi. A compliment for Topic Travel. A very good service.

However, a wooden steep stairs to the bedroom without stair. The kitchen and bathroom are somewhat poor. Pity there's no WiFi. Furthermore, the sea, restaurants and the bakery around the corner and the supermarket is easily accessible. Penestin is a cozy village, just walking to do from this cottage. & Nbsp;

A great place for a short break! The proximity to various beaches made it easy to enjoy the sun, and the local shops were convenient. The house itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay!

Equipped with a large garden, some large trees, sun loungers and plenty of shade. A spacious living room with separate dining room, kitchen, utility room, somewhat tighter toilet and shower room. Very spacious attic with 3x double beds (good mattresses) and a baby bed. Everything in abundance. Ideal place to explore the area. Super attentive host and owner (Joel).
