Located at the southernmost tip of Brittany. Modern architect house with spacious terrace. The light-flooded rooms and the original construction in the house are reminiscent of a comfortable ship. The 400 sqm garden house is located in a quiet residential area of the popular seaside resort, which lies on the border between Brittany and the Loire Atlantique region.
Activities nearby: Penestin provides an ideal base from which to explore the beauty of both regions. To the north the peninsula de Rhuys, the picturesque town of Vannes, the seaside town of Carnac, known for its famous menhirs and dolmens. to the south from the Guerande peninsula with the bay of La Baule, which was included in the circle of the most beautiful bays in the world in 2012. The Guerande peninsula is known for the sea salt "Fleur de sel", which is extracted in the salt marshes. to learn about the production and history of salt then a visit to the Marais Salants museum in Batz-sur-Mer is worth a visit.Another highlight in this area is the medieval fortified town of Guerande with its city wall and gates

Not an enthusiastic reception, house is villa, but that's about all. Sounds an echo inside. Garden furniture is really made of plastic, without cushions. Parasol seems to be broken and we can only use it carefully. No map of the area, no welcome candy. Nothing. Just a bare house. For this amount you expect more.
