This 5-bedroom holiday home in Pénestin can accommodate 10 people. It is perfect for families with children and comes with a relaxing terrace to enjoy a barbecue.
You can have fun at the beach (.8 km) or explore Pénestin (3km). During low tide you will find mussels, oysters and shells on the rocks and can try fising at the water tables. Guérande (20km) with its salt marshes and medieval town center is worth a visit. Vannes with its medieval streets and castles is only 40 minutes away and Brittany is also nearby to enjoy the castles and menhirs. Supermarket, restaurants and town center are 3 km away.
You can enjoy the surroundings in the fenced garden with garden furniture. There is a TV, DVD player and fireplace in the living room to relax. Boules court is fun as well. Children's bed and high chair are provided for free.
Airport is 85 km away and train station is at 30 km.
It is forbidden to recharge electric cars within the property due to extra costs of electricity .

The house is quite spacious, but for a group of 9 people on the tight side. It is clearly a family house, where some extra bedrooms are built to accommodate more people. In good weather you can sit outside, there is a lot of space. In bad weather the living room is on the tight side for 9 people. There is 1 shower, is also little for a large group.The owners are very friendly and helpful. House is further furnished. The beach is very close, but you can not swim there. Too many stones in the water and too much sludge. If you want to go to the beach, go to a beach a few minutes drive (Mine d 'Or) .Penestin is a nice place with all the necessary amenities. You can enjoy cycling and canoeing in the immediate area.

Our house was not only close to some quiet beaches at low tide it was a paradise for those who love fish and seafood. Mussels, oysters and shells are in season on the rocks enough to find and there are beautiful sandy lakes to catch prawns. Besides the traditional beach holiday, there is also fishing fun for young and old. In the village of Penestin, located about 3km from the house, all the necessary amenities: small shops, a few restaurants and bars and there is a Carrefour on the outskirts of the village. 2 times a week in the summer also a large market in the streets.
