A warm welcome. A quiet enclosure and the beautiful garden is completely enclosed. Perfect for the dogs

We had a fantastic holiday. It is a beautiful holiday home with private parking and a large fenced garden for our dog. Very friendly homeowners who live in the house in front of it. The house is very centrally located for day trips. which much has been written about, we did not suffer from because of our height. We wish everyone a great holiday.

Very nice cozy cottage, beautiful beams, one of which is low so I regularly hit my head, but that is up to myself. Very spacious enclosed garden. There was plenty of room for the dogs too. Reception was good. surroundings..
Lhomme Nadege
The house is spacious but there was only the wood stove for heat so we got very cold and it was not at all pleasant. We had to buy a heater to have some heat in the room but even with that it was not enough. In addition one. Pis asked for 30 euros more for our cats and this is the first time that we have been asked for money for them. We had to cut our vacation short due to a family problem and were finally happy to leave because Car was not pleasant. The house is surely rather recommended for the summer ...

After a long drive we arrived at 3.30 pm, we were not yet allowed in our holiday home, there was certainly an hour of work, the owners said, however our papers stated that it was 16 hours to check in. We were given a tour, the outdoor kitchen and play area as stated in the accommodation we have not seen, the garden was very beautiful and fenced for our dog this was great, our biggest annoyance was that we had no potable water, I do not think this is possible, this should definitely be stated in the accommodation. beautiful, beautiful walks.
Jan De Roeck
Very nice and quiet environment. Nice excursions with children and dog. We do believe that it is quite clear that there are many dogs on the domain.

We are welcomed by Gea, our hostess, with a drink on arrival. Then she shows us the house and the large garden. In the room there is a basket with a bottle of Brût, camembert and a few eggs. (Very nice!) And very important for us a travel guide of Normandy and Bretragne. Ours is forgotten at home. The interior of the house is warm. You feel at home quickly and outside you will find a sea of tranquility. Around the house is a large garden with lots of birds, which continuously fly and fly. In one of the jugs, we discover later, there is a nest with blue tits. We have unfortunately missed the flight. View from the terrrace on fields, trees, shrubs including currants and berries, plants and flowers. The atmosphere exudes peace and quiet. All in all it is a special place and it gives us a soothing, relaxed feeling. Also a great base to discover Normandy. Especially Le Mont-Saint-Michel, Granville, Arromanches-les-Bains (Omaha Beach D-Day), Bayeux and Honfleur are worth it! Our holiday was great thanks to our hostess Gea and her husband Mario. Special, warm and hospitable people. Thank you. Misha and Lucie

The accommodation was really cozy and authentic. Because of the bad weather it was just too cold. There is only 1 wood stove and no extra heating in bathroom and bedroom area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly fine. Very warm blankets and good beds. Spacious bathroom and very clean. The whole house was very well maintained. We did not really enjoy the garden because of the weather, but we did not even see the part of the photos where the ping pong table and table football were.Unfortunately, there is no Wifi in the accommodation itself. environment, but that is the private home of the owners. The owners themselves were very correct, so absolutely nothing to complain about.

The arrival was very spontaneous, there like us was offered a drink after which we were given a tour of the cottage.

Beautiful nature much to experience a lot of culture and history

We've been to several beaches and have seen the environment. The beaches were nevertheless far away.
Heleen Van Kempen
The owners Marco and Gea are incredibly hospitable and friendly! The garden is fantastic landscaped and the view is grandioos.Wat we found unfortunate was the lack of a piece of luxury. And do you expect when you rent through Belvilla. Below that, I mean good beds, a deck chair in the garden (only camping chairs available) etc. We are still the feeling that we were at the camp, while we just had a luxury cabin expected. The recreation room, which is mentioned on the website, was not present.

We have the first two weeks of May spent in la Petite Grenderie. The cottage is cozy. The wood stove cozy and warm and especially the garden around the house is great. Large and nicely landscaped. With bowling alley. Gea and Mario are very welcoming. The area has a lot to do. Wonderful walks in rolling countryside, but also wide sandy beaches. Furthermore, many sights. We have not bored us and especially enjoyed.

For tranquility and nature lovers, this cottage and its surroundings very suitable. The garden and the farmyard we found very gezellig.Ook we found the location suitable for all kinds of trips to eg the invasion beaches, beaches near Granville and there are plenty of nice towns to bezoeken.Het was unfortunately not always to sit outside but we were cozy stove lit. family Bekker

Of 1 t / m 4 May 2009 we been a guest in "La petite Grenterie". We felt immediately upon arrival all very welcome by the warm welcome with tea and coffee. We had so much fun in the beautiful garden, and in particular with the bowling alley. The kids fell in love with the dogs and Banjer Noblesse. We also have beautiful and impressive places in the area bezocht.Mario and Gea were very helpful and minor inconveniences were rectified immediately. We had expected something more comfortable (especially central heating) but that did not spoil the fun gedrukt.Gea and Mario: thanks for your hospitality, you are really top! La petite Grenterie is a true paradise in Normandy. A huge and beautiful exposed garden. A very cozy and authentic cottage, which offers plenty of room to lounge / living room and the bedrooms. You can fine your own way. There is a very cozy buitenzit, a beautiful french indoor-farmers-out kitchen, a covered terrace, a fine speel-/grasveld, swings, jeux-de-boules. There is the possibility to paint in bad weer.We enjoyed, a must for those who love peace and nature. Would you go see what there is within half an hour enough to see or to the beach. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy walking and cycling (mountain biking), but quite steep.

After a too short period with some sadness home! Yes had been here too! Make much more So good we had it here! too short! Great owners! And those pets but require attention! Really great! Well, we had better weather to wait! Definitely worth repeating! We have had a few lovely days. Very many thanks for the wonderful welcome. Of the children, but we must ensure that the next time we are certainly present in the sliding table, which we actually had done! Monday already too late Summit and what we think fast! It was pleasant to stay here, the house is fine, the environment is very nice and the garden is truly amazing. The hosts are lovely and very child friendly. We enjoyed our holiday (despite the bad weather) and hope to be able to come back. The "aanschuifmaaltijd" I can warmly recommend. Greetings, Vanessa and Peter Depuydt.

Thank you to Gaea and Mario to welcome us into their little paradise. In fact, we enjoy the quiet of this place and the kindness of the owners. Upon our arrival we were seduced by the "originality and quality of the interior design of the house and especially the carefully maintained garden. Again a big THANK YOU and may be soon to Gouvets. The garden of La Grenterie is beautiful, large and well maintained. In good weather you can sit here, both in the sun and in the shade under one of the many trees. With, among other things, a ping pong table and swing, you can play outside. Unfortunately, there is no roof, so you cannot enjoy the garden when it rains. However, a large part of the garden shown in the photos does not belong to the house; here is a mobile home that is also rented out.
However, the quality of the house is significantly worse, and absolutely not what we are used to from Belvilla / Topic Travel! The bathroom area and the living room are put together with shoddy work (photos on the website look nicer and do not correspond to reality). There is a continuous sewage smell in the bathroom area. There is hardly any storage space in the living room and kitchen area; the little storage space is full of dusty paraphernalia. The furniture has been changed after the photos were taken (e.g. both large cupboards have been removed) and is very uncomfortable. The refrigerator, which malfunctions, is also too small for 5 people. If you are taller than 1.75 m you cannot walk upright in the living room. Upstairs it is very hot, even with relatively low temperatures of max. 25 degrees as during our visit. One of the bedrooms has a large window, the other two have very small windows, and shutters or curtains are missing everywhere. As a result, despite airing in the evenings, it cools little and there is a permanent musty smell in one of the bedrooms. We had hung our own sheets and towels in front of the windows against the sun, so that during the final inspection we were accused in an annoying way of having attached the children's mattress to the window frame (?!). Due to the steep, open staircase without a stair gate and the gas stove in the room, the house is not too crowded

In September we spent two weeks in la petit Grenterie. This is very well ordered. A cozy, cozy cottage with a fantastic enclosed garden for our dog. If you seek peace, this place is definitely recommended. The welcome by Gea and Mario was very warm. We are joined by them for a delicious, cozy and affordable dinner. It is also a great base for trips to eg Le Mont st. Michel, the beaches of D-day and nice towns. For us it is worth repeating. Daan, Joyce and Max
