We have no comfort here. the bed too small and the mattress is painful even to sleep on, my feet stick out of the bed. The toilet that doesn't flush. I can't take a shower. A flooded bathroom. The stairs are very dangerous and the smell in the house from the fireplace and the damp is really not okay either. We can't relax anywhere. this is not good for my health as a heart patient, even my husband does not find it comfortable here. With these inconveniences we cannot stay here for 14 days. It might or might not be possible for a weekend. On the internet it is all a bit neater, there may be a little comfort. Even the wifi does not work. We are very sorry, they are sympathetic people. But they can still do something about the accommodation! Do not understand that something like this can or may be rented out!

The exit to the gite is a bit difficult to find, but if you have good road you finally arrive at a beautiful spot, with fantastic views. The welcome was very warm, with fresh flowers on the table and a spotless, comfortable cottage. The bed upstairs sleeping delicious, the armchairs are great and the cool evenings, the fire in the fireplace if ignited. Next to the house starts a downward path that will lead you along the Vire, a beautiful walk. At grasvels for the cottage we saw twice deer coming down at the fallen apples for cider. There were further three donkeys, we have not heard. It is wonderfully quiet and "night in clear weather an incredibly bright sterrenhemel.Torigny, supermarket and market day maandagse were openbaring.Ook Bayeux, the landing beaches and the port of Grandville are recommended, and walk in La Suisse Normandy . For a bakery we had to drive fifteen minutes in the car! The house is situated in a valley, and the road is very steep for people with mobility problems not recommended! The bathroom is really very small. However, very nice view and a nice garden.

What a disappointment to discover this rental! 25 square meters, tiny space! No comfort for the kitchen or bathroom, no comfort for the sitting area, two simple and old sofas, dining table space, a ragged table and two wooden benches very uncomfortable! Worktop in tiny kitchen, microwave original turntable missing. Bathroom small, impossible to be two people, shower curtain with dirt and dirty, tile floor broken, NO heating and it was very CRU because trees cover the roof, we had to buy a blower In order to be able to take a shower.After a few days, our towels smelled of harvest due to the cold / CRU, flushing toilets defective. Big problem in the bathroom AND throughout the house, this CRU .... There was a small gas / oil heating in the living room but that did not work and no fuel oil either! We had to heat up at the fireplace! It is good to want to rent a house, but to ensure that you have a minimum of comfort! The television was working once in two! This television is from the 60's! Wifi nonexistent! We had only one lounger, previous guest broke a sun lounger and not replaced! We do not rent under such conditions.I really insist that it was cold in this house and certainly in the bathroom! As for the deposit I cleaned the house perfectly the day we left and we still had to pay the 25 euro cleaning, it is stipulated in the contract, or to be done by the tenant, what I have Well done and it was cleaner than when we arrived! Well, cottage small, problems with heating, upstairs in the bedroom, there is heating which is right next to the bed and when burning is far too hot and downstairs there is only a fireplace and it is cold in the bathroom is also no heating. The environment is super beautiful, meadows, orchards, Lots nature. The jay in view pick up the grass from the bedroom is superb, awakened by singing robins too. Nature is quite unspoilt. Traveled in August 2015, two adults and one baby. Very nice house in the middle of nowhere. Very friendly caretaker who made us in half English, half French explained about the house on arrival. Out in Normandy is fine, all highlights are within driving distance (chalk cliffs of Etretat furthest away, approx. 2 hours. Rest 60-75 minutes max). Possibly useful to know Double-bed is one mattress of 1.40 to 2.00 m. Bed is quite hard and pillows thin-Inventory is quite complete, also corkscrew for example. Not only scissors and cheese slicer-Fi is Idd unlike what is stated on the site, very weak, but it's there.The view is beautiful and it is very quiet! Really a must in our opinion if you're looking for here.

Beautiful setting in a rolling landscape. Accommodation was tiny. There was a strange smell that we could open through the windows. We have to wash the frigo completely. We have no comfort here. the bed too small and the mattress is painful even to sleep on, my feet stick out of the bed. The toilet that doesn't flush. I can't take a shower. A flooded bathroom. The cottage is in a beautiful spot in the hills and the view is great. In the meadow next to it donkeys walk and we even saw a fox walking. Very nice, but there were also negatives. Although the weather was warm, the house was very cold. This was because the house is in the shade all day and there is a cold tile floor inside. Traveled in August 2015, two adults and one baby. Very nice house in the middle of nowhere. Very friendly caretaker who made us in half English, half French explained about the house on arrival. Out in Normandy is fine, all highlights are within driving distance (chalk cliffs of Etretat furthest away, approx. 2 hours. Rest 60-75 minutes max). Possibly useful to know Double-bed is one mattress of 1.40 to 2.00 m. Bed is quite hard and pillows thin-Inventory is quite complete, also corkscrew for example. Not only scissors and cheese slicer-Fi is Idd unlike what is stated on the site, very weak, but it's there.The view is beautiful and it is very quiet! Really a must in our opinion if you're looking for here.

Had a fantastic holiday with beautiful weather. The cottage was fine just no wifi what is in the travel documents staat.Er were some flaws on the house. Coffee machine was broken, still worked but almost fell apart and light box in the kitchen was defective. Socket without cover. Owner was very nice and spoke poor English, but did her very best to make herself well understood. Overall a very nice holiday but no Wi-Fi can be mentioned because that is just not there. Great cozy cottage in a quiet environment. The cottage is superbly situated: quiet and secluded. The very friendly owners live in a house nearby, but you have no view on them, because you look a "valley" in from the cottage. You do see their friendly donkeys! There is a highway nearby which could make some noise in the summer, but the view, the garden and the landlords to make any more trouble than good. Tophuis so!
