There is a tennis court and lake if you want to have fun, at 8 km distance. The Cougnac caves (10 km) with their renowned wall paintings, underground river and stalactites are a well known name in the area.You can drive to the village of Gourdon (8 km) to take a drop of Pastis on one of the outdoor cafés, or buy some local specialties at the market on Tuesdays.
There is an orchard outside and several terraces to lounge in. The insides are very comfortably furnished with quality furniture which will provide all the comfort. Take a fresh dip in the pool and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers. One can enter through the elevated terraces.
Check in is from 4 to 6 PM and check out needs to be done from 8 to 10 AM.

Our first trip to central France exceeded all our expectations. The authentic house is in a quiet location in a rural setting. The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful flowery garden adjacent to a forest, with various seating areas. A bottle of local Rosé wine was ready upon arrival. The available information leaflets and hiking maps have come in handy.

Beautiful, cozy cottage. Very nice garden, pool not heated so do not swim because the water was too cold. Everything you could need was there, also tourist info.

Once again a wonderful holiday in this nice holiday home. It is great that the kitchen and covered terrace are adjacent so that you can quickly put your food on the table and enjoy a cozy meal together. The two bathrooms provide the necessary privacy. Easy key transfer through the key box at the back door. Tip: top the trees on the side of the pool, part of the, otherwise delightful pool, now gets no sunlight.

A friendly reception by Lorna who came to pick us up from the place where the navigation had sent us. The house met all expectations. The only downside was that we did not get the living room warm with the wood stove. Then the thick socks and sweaters on and on time under the wool. In the summer it will be pleasantly cool in the house, I think. A beautiful garden and everything clean and well maintained. The area was fantastic very quiet. A lot to see! Our week was too short!

House is difficult to find on its own. The directions tell us that the house is on the left, but the house is on the right. However, with the help of the owner, it is not a problem. Great advantage is that she is English and thus speaks English. Accommodation fully meets expectations. Surrounding area is beautiful and the house is quietly located. Here you really relax.

We had already been in this house a few times, after contact with the Nicola the manager, we could just take the key with the code and unpack it, earlier than expected. That was really nice, even when checking out just key in the box without having to wait. The house is fully equipped in a quiet environment, although the dogs are never far away.

Lots to do in the area! Also the reception by Lorna felt very hospitable. A British lady who can also give you nice tips about the area. The house is nicely decorated and especially enjoyed by the various seats around the house and in the garden.

Very good welcome, very nice house we already knew of 2011! Very quiet area, good for walking. The garden is beautifully landscaped! Also with the car there are nice towns and markets to visit also restaurants to eat well!

Accommodation and surroundings are perfect. An French-furnished and maintained house. Large garden with all shade and sun plenty to enjoy. Location ideal for the regions fate (Biron and Bonaguil), the Quercy (Roccamadour, Cahors, Peche Merle and Padirac) and especially the Dordogne (all castles, canoeing, Domme, Sarlat and name it).

Called before arrival, excellent last route description received and found by SMS. The house is very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything, including Dutch TV channels. The very large garden with pool was beautiful, lots of plants and you imagined yourself with the sound of various species of birds in a forest. Very restful and enough privacy.
