Beautiful holiday home with heated pool

We have very bad weather for the moment but so much to see starting with the local markets that we will discover today and Sarlat la Caneda! Our host promises us a very good weather soon The house is incredible and atypical and such as on the photos no bad surprises Rest calm nature I dreamed of it…. Belvilla is it !!!! Just one thing, think of the full ice cube trays for the guests who arrive and want to drink a well-deserved aperitif by the magnificent swimming pool

Great and well maintained house and great pool. However very quiet and secluded. Who does not like this is wrong here. If you are looking for peace and relaxation is just right. We really liked it. Nice landlord, with 2-3 little things that did not fit, he quickly took care of it. The pool is not extra secured, but separated by a small staircase from the house. The pool area was taboo for our kids 2, 4 and 6 without us. In the huge garden they had enough other opportunities to play and romp.

The house was quite dark inside, not really clean and musty smell. The garden was beautiful, with a nice zwembad.Er were a lot of dirty insects. The location is quiet, but far away from shops.We have 3 days without internet sat and a few hours without electricity by storm. Also a pity that not all rooms have air conditioning and the second bathroom is very small!

On arrival the owner / key manager was already present. Thoroughly guided by the beautiful big house. Address was not clearly stated on the forms of belVilla so we searched through the coordinates. Surrounding area is beautiful and the garden of the villa very large and sufficient privacy. After reporting a defect, the owner was in no time and the defect was resolved the next day by a professional. Very neatly handled. Owner speaks French only.

The house looks beautiful on the outside. Beautiful facade, beautiful pool, lovely terrace, atmospheric lighting, ... and so quiet and peaceful! If you keep denotes superb! Inside, the smell of the place and the dust is unbearable in all trinkets on the outside. The mattresses are very obsolete, hard, with pits and bumps, and on the beams is very dusty (with dust mite allergic child we experienced this seriously mofen!). The bathrooms are aging seriously, do not think the last 5 years guest in the bath zijn.Kortom gone, very difficult to assess home. Outside a paradise inside we just wanted a quick cooking and bed, bed, ....

We really enjoyed our holiday in Marminiac. The house and garden are lovely and well equipped. Especially the kitchen is very spacious and there is plenty of cooking utensils provided. We have ookerg enjoyed the spacious terrace and zwembad.Enige disadvantage may be that the house is quite remote. About 3 minutes drive to a large supermarket. For towns / attractions you have to drive an end-over winding roads. There is a beautiful, quiet, green area tegenover.Al in all, definitely recommended!

Very much enjoyed the house with beautiful surroundings. Peace and quiet! many walks. "Real French" .The house is excellent for a larger family. Comfortable chairs around the pool. A pool table in a home is special .... great value. The beds we found some less, also the utensils in an otherwise beautiful kitchen. Likewise the house, very typical and beautiful. Nice owners who directly reported to vraagjes of us.

The house is beautiful on the outside. On the inside however it is very dated. Small, short and old beds. Not fitting for anyone taller than 1.70 meter. No bug-screens in the bedrooms, we installed bug-screens and mosquito-nets ourselves since there were a lot of mosquitos and wasps. One very very small bathroom with a toilet inside, another large one but on a different floor from the bedrooms. All the furniture is uncomfortable and heavy. The dishwasher did not work properly. In the giant living room one could easily place comfortable sofa's and chairs, but there was only a small leather coach in the kitchen which is not sufficient for groups larger than 4 people. The kitchen supplies were very cheap, mustard & nutella glasses, chipped mugs, plates and glasses. No good kitchen knives. On the nice terrace again old, heavy, outdated furniture with a mixture of dodgy cushions for comfort. The swimmingpool is wonderful, clean and cool. The furniture around the pool is wooden, heavy and needs repairs. Crappy sunshades (from various beer brands) with broken metal gave it a cheap look & feel. We rented (at extra cost) bed and bath linnen. Here again a hodgepodge of different sizes sheets, shower towels and pool towels. In short: for such a pricey holiday house we expected a lot more comfort, elegance and aesthetics.

We were there for a week with the two of us and 2 dogs. What peace! If you listen... you don't hear anything. Sometimes a tractor or a barking dog somewhere nearby. House is large and has all amenities. There is air conditioning in the large bedroom. In the kitchen a staircase to 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a shower with toilet. In the living room there is a staircase leading up to a bed on the landing and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bed. Everything very clean and of course a lovely swimming pool. Probably again next year but for 2 weeks :-)

Our expectations were high. But upon arrival were even surpassed pleasant. Neat, practical and quiet villa. Blessed large swimming pool and large playground. If the upstairs bathroom which was bigger, this cute cottage of us got 9\/10. The billiard spent in rainy nights a jovial valve. For us Topic vacation!

Fantastic holiday! A spacious house in a quiet location and an ideal garden for children to play safely! The pool is lovely and the terrace perfect to sit to bbq and delicious. Small downside is that the property admittedly has two long dining tables but unfortunately a little awkward seat is present for some people. Billiards at home is super!
