Located in Montcléra, Midi-Pyrénées, this holiday home comes with 3 bedrooms, a beautiful garden, and a private swimming pool. With a view of the rolling hills, this home is great for small families and groups.
The Midi-Pyrénées region has many elevated castles and the Dordogne river waiting for an expedition. For an amazing day-trip, Gourdon is only 13 km away. You can find a supermarket, bakery, restaurant, and a tennis court in Cazals, 5 km away. A lake is also located 5 km away.
In and around the private pool, you will enjoy swimming and lounging. From the terrace and the grass garden, you can cherish the views of the hills of Montcléra and the countryside. Children will not get bored here as there are a sandpit and play equipment waiting for them. While mornings are lazy, you can have cosy barbecues in the evening. A cot and high chair are provided for little children.

A cute little house with lovely large covered terrace, landscaped garden surrounding pool area with fruit trees and shrubs. With sunny weather super place, with bad weather, the house is what klein.Lieve interested owners who do bother to talk to voeren.Zeker a place to return to komen.Een huge lawn in area ideal for children and hond.Lunch restaurant Pomerede, where are local french, recommended.

We were received very friendly, even with a bottle of wine and homemade jam. You have everything at hand, we did not fall short.2 small points of criticism as there is a very bad 3G / 4G connection present, maybe think about connecting wifi in the house. We like to keep up with work emails / news and even with the hotspot connection it was waiting 5 minutes to open 1 page. Furthermore, we found the pool water very cold, even at 30 degrees outside it was quickly a dive and back out. Perhaps a tarpaulin at night or heating when the water comes below 25 degrees would be pleasant.

Once again we were received very hospitably. We are now for the third time and it is still enjoyable. From the beautiful view, from the swimming pool and the cozy veranda where you can relax at the large table. If you want to go out for dinner, go in the afternoon. Most restaurants are open then.

We were here for the second year and we enjoyed it again. The nature is very beautiful, the swimming pool is wonderfully cool, the accommodation was clean and very cozy. Nice veranda for breakfast etc. Many nice pictures at a reasonable distance such as Preysac and Cahors.

The house is very nicely decorated and fully equipped. It has been furnished and cared for with love and attention. The pool and the huge garden looked well maintained. ideal. Nice area for nice walks. The area is very relaxing. Nice view from the veranda over the woods. It is quiet. Nice restaurants in the area.

We arrived a little later than expected but had telephone contact in the car with the owners of the cottage. They were "evening not home but everything was ready and they would open the door for us so we could go inside so happened -.) The area around the cottage is really beautiful especially if you like peace and nature, as we have it. cottage itself also completely tip top order, neatly, well equipped and spotless. the room we had slightly larger expected but that was offset by the beautiful porch that was attached to the house. the pool was great especially since we very hot weather had. After spending a day on stage, it was lovely to come home and spend our time at the pool. the owners were fantastic. They did not infringe your privacy and were very friendly and very helpful. However, account must be taken of the fact that you have long commutes by car, for example to visit a castle or something. But shops for necessities and the like are within 5 to 10 kilometers.

The environment is beautiful! Many different species of animals are seen with as highlights the oriole, a western emerald lizard and barking roe deer. And of course a multitude of beautiful butterflies. You can walk very well in the area. Although the owners live next to the house, we only met them on arrival and departure, you have real privacy. 1 times we went to them ourselves to ask a question about the swimming pool. There appeared to be something with the pump, this was immediately resolved. This holiday has flown by.

Nice, well-kept holiday home in beautiful, quiet location with a great view. The owners are very nice and have provided us with fresh fruit and homemade products. The Lot is not too touristy region with pretty villages, beautiful scenery and many attractions. For cyclists, this is a perfect area.

Again had a super holiday, the third time that we stay at this place in 5 years time and we always have to conclude that this stay with the Andrieu family is head and neck above the rest. Always a super welcome with a bunch of flowers, bottle of wine, homemade jam .... The stay is also immaculate and the pool is super maintained by the owner every 2 days "in the morning and in silence. hardly any.

Again had a super holiday, the third time that we stay at this place in 5 years time and we always have to conclude that this stay with the Andrieu family is head and neck above the rest. Always a super welcome with a bunch of flowers, bottle of wine, homemade jam .... The stay is also immaculate and the pool is super maintained by the owner every 2 days "in the morning and in silence. hardly any.

Once again we were received very hospitably. We are now for the third time and it is still enjoyable. From the beautiful view, from the swimming pool and the cozy veranda where you can relax at the large table. If you want to go out for dinner, go in the afternoon. Most restaurants are open then.
