Between the forests of the Dordogne valley lies the comfortable holiday resort Souillac Golf & Country Club. The expansive property is beautiful, around the golf course (18 holes) and consists of eight neighborhoods with six to eighteen luxury chalets. Each district has its own pool! The price includes use of bed linen and towels and final cleaning included! You are here in the Lot; a fantastic region for a versatile holiday. Historic sites such as Sarlat and Rocamadour, pre-historic caves, many sporting opportunities in the Dordogne river and of course the excellent regional cuisine with matching wines make for an enjoyable holiday. The attractively furnished chalets are fully independent and have a large woodland garden around. They all verschilllend but always comfortable. Four Room Deluxe Chalet (max. 6 pers.). Opp. approx 92 m2. Living room with dining and seating area, satellite TV, DVD player, wifi (free of charge) and heating. Open kitchen with 4 burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and washing machine. 1 bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. On the floor: two bedrooms; with a 2-bed and one with two 1-person beds. One or two bathrooms with bath and toilet. Balcony, terrace and open garden with furniture. Parking at your chalet. The photo 's give an impression of the park and the villa' s, however, the interiors may vary what i.v.m. different owners. On the pictures "s may therefore not legally binding.

Location and surroundings of object
There's a central reception. All eight neighbourhoods have their own swimming pool (open from late April - mid-October; depending on the weather - the swimming pool heats the water a few degrees above the actual temperature). There also is a central swimming pool and two separate children's pools. You can also use the facilities of the Country Club, like the bar, the restaurant, the tennis court (for a fee), the boules court, table tennis, the volleyball court and of course the golf course. As a guest you will get a 20% discount on the green fees. Finally, you can also rent a gas barbecue.
This park enjoys a very quiet and rural location between the forests. The town of Souillac is about 8 km away. The town of Rocamadour (31 km), built on the rocks, and the medieval market town of Sarlat (28 km) are certainly worth a visit. In the area you can also go canoeing on the Dordogne river; you can go horseback riding and of course play a round of golf on the beautiful golf course (18 holes, designed by Jeremy Pern).
In July and August there's a Cityjet flight from Amsterdam to Breve; the airport is only about 20 minutes from Souillac Golf & Country Club.

Great house, beautiful location, beautiful surroundings. The only downside are the beds, which are really in need of replacement.

Arrival and the area is beautiful. The accommodation too. The pots and pans could be a little cleaner, we washed them ourselves before using them. Rest was fine.

Great location. Quietly located homes, lots of privacy and beautifully landscaped park with ample amenities. Also for children. In the area there is a lot to do and see.

Arrival was well organized, we received a text message with code from the key box and clear instructions on how to get to the house. Accommodation was fantastic, a large house with all necessary amenities. When we crossed the road there was a small swimming pool which we, as a family with 2 small kids, made frequent use of and we often had it all to ourselves. The baby monitor made it to the pool and that was very practical. We also explored the area, the town of Rocamadour was touristy but worth seeing. Supermarket was about 12 min drive. Lots of greenery and the park was quiet, so you can relax. For our daughter of 5 there was some small-scale animation (pool games / drawing competition / introduction golf) We had a wonderful week here!
