Located in Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers, this 2-bedroom villa is pet-friendly and accommodates 4 people. It has a private swimming pool to relax and air conditioning to comfort on hotter days.The landscape is perfect for walks. You can also visit the surrounding cineyards, Monpellier (20 km), Sète (60 km), and Béziers (100 km). There are plenty of bays and beaches in the area and Parc Naturel Regional du Haut-Languedoc (Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park) are also worth a visit. You can also try horse riding (500 m) and tennis (1 km). Restaurants can be availed in 950 m and supermarket in 1.1 km.The living room has sliding doors leading to the terrace. It has the perfect ambience with wooden beams, high ceilings, and fireplace. The swimming pool with terrace, patio furniture and loungers are perfect to enjoy the sun. Kids will be occupied with the play equipment while you cook some tasty food in the modern kitchen. 1 pet is allowed here at $ 20 per stay.

Quiet location, well-maintained loft, everything necessary, friendly owners - can only speak French, the air conditioning is an added value - especially at 39 degrees.

I had to call 3 times to get the owner on the phone, she did not even call back. Upon arrival, a big dog barking towards our car. I'm scared of dogs and told the owner, too, that she just said that he would not do anything. The whole week the dog ran loose, which I really did not like! I would not call it a loft, we live in a loft and that is something completely different. This was just a small apartment with 2 bedrooms. All cabinet doors were broken. The pool water looked green and there was still no grass next to it, probably because of the bad weather but a lot of effort was not done to make it look beautiful. On the pictures, the livestock looks more beautiful! Environment was ok.

Beautiful environment. Very quiet. Located in a quiet village, between the wine farmers. Montpellier and beach are in a row (30-45 min) .The loft is very private. Private terrace. You stay in their own grounds, between their homes. Because of this, you sometimes get a sleep. They speak French only, not English. Do their utmost. Swimming pool share you with 2 to rent apartments, and the family itself. During the day they work and you do not suffer from it. On Sundays the pool is closed. Pool is very big and very nice! Cottage is provided throughout. Air conditioning is very nice. Large shower was not plugged in. Additionally, everything is fine. We found sleeping in the separate bedroom more finely.The house itself is badly indicated, no sign.
