The Les Rives Marines residence, situated to the south of Teich pleasure port has recently been built close to a fine sandy beach by the river and four kilometres from Teich Beach (access via a footpath or by bike).
139 apartments are distributed over 18 houses inspired by traditional regional architecture: tchanquée cabins-on-stilts typical of Arcachon Bay.
Each apartment is very well designed and equipped: a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, satellite television (on payment of a supplement), terrace or loggia, garden furniture and a bicycle rack, etc.
The residence has a heated swimming pool, gardens and car-parking, as well as a reception area.
Tourist activities and opportunities to eat are numerous: Pyla dunes, a curiosity of nature, are certainly worth a visit, as are the picturesque villages typical of this oyster farming region; the bird park close by is famous throughout the world and is visited by more than 300 species of bird; the great Bordeaux vineyards are also not far away, etc.

Close to Arcachon Bay and its beaches, the Les Rives Marines residence is situated in a region that has managed to retain its diversity and natural beauty.

Great value for the price! The place was tidy and comfortable, and the design is really cute, I mean, who doesn't love a cozy cabin vibe? I will say though, it could use a bit more lighting in the living area, but overall, I was happy with my stay, Perfect for a short getaway

Upon arrival to the park at the park showed the reception earlier to be open than indicated on the Belvilla site. Once receive the key we walked to the cottage. The cabin was clean and had a lot of maintenance. So stuck floor smelly refrigerator etc. In addition, the woodwork was rotten. The terrace was very dirty, here it was full of bird poop. Our upstairs neighbors had their terrace over our terrace between the planks were gaps. Result came as they here also walked on their existing terrace bird poo down. Both she and here we have complained at the reception but the only thing we get from them nothing to could doen.Ons apartment had a sofa, each cottage has one standard bed, but it was full of brown spots. Our overall impression was that the entire complex was to expire and that much money is where you see little in return. quality money is therefore totally out of balance. For what you get would be 50 euros per night more than reasonable.

We had a fantastic holiday in Le Teiche. A small town in a beautiful setting. Le Teiche little present, but everything is fine to do with the car show The cottages also in real life beautiful. Inside everything was there, including dishwasher. Only downside is that it is very noisy, and the mattresses are terribly hard. The advantage is that no one 9.00 "morning his bed is out, and it's quiet. Moreover, it is very nice to rent from reception (10 euros pp). Fun is cycling around the" pool "bikes and then at Arcachon boat upwards (by bicycle). Very nice route, more information can be requested at reception. Also also advisable to canoeing (14 euros pp for 1 session, 10 km) Pilat Dune di.'s a nice landmark, and then you can doorrrijden to nice positions close. Bordeaux city we found the effort is not really worth much to see.
