A great base for exploring southern France! We loved the proximity to attractions like the Pont du Gard and Avignon. The villa was comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

A beautiful and spacious house with olive groves and a private large pool. The owners live nearby and were very hospitable. Only shortcoming was that there was no cafetière and more cutlery would have been helpful.

The villa is a hidden treasure! We enjoyed the spacious layout and the variety of amenities. The children loved the pool and the outdoor play area. It was an excellent base for exploring the beautiful surrounding towns.

Cottage itself was ok, but equipment not. Only 2 recliners were ok, rest was scrap heap, dishwasher didn't work, toilet didn't always flush, bunk bed had several broken slats, cutlery was insufficient and not clean, 3/4 of the outside lights didn't work making it impossible to " in the evening something to do outside. There were 2 waspennesten.Eerste experience with belvilla is disappointing, absolutely no value for money!

Wine Lands alom.Eigen grounds are beautiful natural omgeving.Privacy gegarandeerd.Woonhuis is neat and spacious in a style that is ingericht.Keuken to the taste of the owner is equipped with electrical appliances such as aangegeven.Slaapkamer has a good bed and a Jacuzzi very nice extra luxe.Buiten an amazing terrace with a lovely pool. Top is the outdoor kitchen \/ terrace \/ relaxation room. Sunbathe without wind under the arch. Relax in the shade and ability to workout. The planted with olive trees and walk thyme-scented meadow there two sulcata tortoises still an element of surprise which this house vervolmaken.Samen with the hot weather of this region you do have more than one holiday feeling .... TOP -)

The owner was very friendly and offered us the aperitif, then visit the property and explanations.The house was really like the photos and clean.The insulation is quite good despite the high outside temperatures. What about the pool which is very convenient for both children and adults.

Reception was fine, swimming pool too. Rooms in the house only the outside kitchen was a disappointment. No more than a covered outdoor area with a gas stove and old cupboards instead of the "fantastic outdoor kitchen" advertisement. After arrival, wasp nests were found in the cavity of the house (was already known), as a result of which many wasps inside and outside at the swimming pool. Owner sprayed several times, but all temporary patch. Kitchen inventory very scanty. Environment was as expected.

beautiful enclosure with plenty of space for children to play. The pool allows for the bigger kids over stairs easy and safe to get into the water. Location is good for trips in the area, nice restaurant nearby with super baker. Amenities unfortunately only sufficient since spread between summer kitchen and main house

The exterior of the house is magnificent. The interior is very average. Everything is of poor quality. The sink clogs directly, the toilet seat moves in all directions, etc.



Nothing is left for customers. No dish soap, no salt, no hand washing product, we had to buy absolutely everything.



As soon as we arrived the owner had a very racist speech which shocked us a lot "all these blacks" "these dirty magrebens" and so on.



No inventory of fixtures made, but at the start everything is scrutinized. We did not do any damage but had a huge soap because we used too much electricity (apparently that is not included in the price, but it's not mentioned anywhere).



We paid 15 Euros per person for sheets and towels. Towels of such poor quality that we had to buy some at the supermarket because they scratched and we had minons everywhere. No pool towels, nothing to wipe your hands with.



The icing on the cake? We feel watched by the priority who reproaches us for not closing the gate (which works one time out of three), the day of departure, 9:15 a.m. he arrives like a flower to clean the swimming pool while we are having breakfast in our pajamas, his wife sits outside the front door to rush us (check out time is 10am). When we try to politely mention shortcomings, possible small improvements, etc. word.



In summary, the exterior location is divine and similar to the photos, the poorly arranged interior, unbearable warmth in the master suite, poor quality equipment (mattress included), and the priority that spoils your experience.



For sure, I do not recommend.

The house is centrally located between historic towns. What we really liked were the tortoises in the garden and the size of the house, it was more spacious than we could tell from the photo 's.

Nice holiday home with lots of space (terrace and garden with olive trees) around. Nice outdoor kitchen, large swimming pool (stone cold at the end of April / beginning of May but you know that) and a swing in the garden. Quietly located between the vineyards but lots to do and see at max. 5 minutes drive. Walking around Uzès, by mountain bike and back by canoe over the Gardon (via Natu’Rando in Remoulins), Avignon, Aigues Mortes and to the sea, the La Salamandre cave, just a few tips. We also had wonderful weather with bright sunshine, it was a super nice week.
