Description
We - a French woman from the village and a German husband - have designed the HOLIDAY HOUSE JOLLION as a real house to live in and not as a standardised furnished holiday home. We have designed it so that you feel more like a guest than a tourist passing through. A sober, charming and at the same time equipped cocoon that we ourselves always dream of when we are travelling somewhere as tourists!
Inviting and homely, the HOLIDAY HOUSE JOLLION is the perfect place for stays outside the high season in the PROVENCE.
In Home Office you are at home here!
We love paying attention to details to make the house as warm and cosy as possible. And at any time of year thanks to underfloor heating and the sun terrace, which is pleasant all year round.
The colours outside (traditional shutters, façade) and inside are inspired by the colours of the surrounding nature.
The insulation and all colours are of natural origin.
The house (60m2) consists of three levels:
On the ground floor, living room, open kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, capsule coffee machine, French press coffee machine, basic ecological products...).
On the first floor: a bedroom (one bed 140 and one bed 90) with a small bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet.
For a home office rental, this bedroom is perfect as an office.
On the second floor: a bedroom (one bed 160) with a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) and a terrace.
Wifi - TV - Bluetooth speaker. Books, board games, tourism documentation.
From the terrace of the house you can enjoy picturesque views.
The view of the historic buildings of the village, the medieval castle and the bell tower (without bell) of the old church of Sainte-Anne is breathtaking.
Shops are just a few steps away from the house: bakery, grocery, bar, restaurants, pharmacy... Free and guarded parking in the immediate vicinity.
Possibility to store bicycles.
No "key box" on your arrival, we live in the village and welcome you personally!
Possibility of a small outdoor area at the entrance of the house.
Pool of our art studio (directly opposite) accessible at certain times for guests of Jollion House

Our ART STUDIO is located directly opposite the house.
Note for professional or hobby artists: If you rent the HOLIDAY HOUSE JOLLION from October to March, the art studio can be made available to you on request.
In BOULBON you have both the tranquillity and beauty of the village and, close by, the bustling summer atmosphere of the characterful towns of Arles, Avignon, Nîmes and Saint-Remy de Provence with their cultural wealth.

Summer holidays in the Maison Jollion
Nice hosts, very beautiful holiday home and Boulbon is a romantic place. If not in summer, then definitely in spring or preferably in autumn. Take part in an art course with Véronique and Ingo and experience the beauty of Provence.

For many years we have been organizing art courses in Boulbon for German-speaking participants. We have designed the restoration of the Maison Jollion -combining the modern and the traditional- to welcome our guests in the most pleasant and cozy place possible. In parallel, we enthusiastically offer rentals to people who simply want to discover or rediscover Provence, both for the beauty of its landscapes and for its cultural richness. Boulbon, just a few kilometers from cities such as Avignon or Arles and on the edge of the magnificent nature reserve "Montagnette" is the best place for it. Not to mention the average of 300 days of sunshine per year!
