We received an email saying that we had to stand in a spot and then call the owner of the cottage. This parking spot was just a bit difficult to find since when you search for the spot, it gives multiple addresses. Once we arrived at the parking spot, we had to call the owner, which is not so easy since the owner can only speak French. Of course, this was indicated beforehand, but still, it was completely worthless. The house was very easy to find, so there was no need to meet at another location. Once at the house, everything was quite outdated, and the cutlery, pots, and oven were not clean. The most modern part of the house was the bathroom, but the shower floor is just not comfortable to stand on, so you actually want to get out of the shower as quickly as possible. Then from Saturday to Wednesday, we couldn't swim in the pool due to a wasp plague. We reported this to the owner on Sunday, and only on Tuesday afternoon was something done about it, and we could only go in on Wednesday afternoon. This was not very pleasant with temperatures above 36 degrees. Then on Wednesday afternoon we could finally swim, but we had to wait a bit because there was a naked child in the pool. Probably this was the owner's child, but it is not very hygienic and also not pleasant to see. And besides that, it was just a bit antisocial when you have guests who can finally use the pool after 4 days. Especially for such a high price, we had much higher expectations. For the rest, regarding outings and supermarkets, you can expect a travel time of 20 to 30 minutes. For the rest, the owner was nice enough, but of course, you couldn't communicate with him for the life of you; especially for someone who rents out this kind of thing, it would be nice if he at least had an app on his phone to be able to talk normally to us. Fortunately, we had already taken this into account ourselves, but even then it could sometimes be difficult. The man also indicated that if we needed anything, we should call him, which is very nice and all, but that is quite difficult if you can't talk to him since he only speaks French. And lastly, the man also smelled quite a bit like alcohol; it was fairly difficult to take in some air without bringing along a cloud of alcohol smell. So overall, a reasonably nice house, good pool (aside from the wasps that were there most of the vacation). So actually 3 out of the 7 days really enjoyed the pool, I wouldn't recommend this house to anyone else but French people. If I could give it stars, I would give it 2 out of 5 stars.

The owner was reachable by phone, we were in the house from 5 pm because of the cleaning. The owner has come to pick us up at the agreed point, because the way to the house is otherwise very difficult to find. The house was clean. The furniture and the inventory (kitchen equipment, glasses, cups, pans, etc.) are noticeably of low quality and not always pleasant to use. The cottage is not as suggested by Belvilla in the photos. The cottage is behind the owner's house and when you sit on the terrace you always look at the wall and the partition of his house. The pool was not heated and there was no possibility for this. Too bad because the water was cold even at high temperatures.To go to the pool you first have to go off your own terrace, a piece of land and then steps up (without closing fence). The owner's house The view to the owner's garden is protected with a wall and a canvas on top The owner's dogs always like to bark when you get there and look under the canvas. owner almost every time we were in the pool .. which we personally did not like so much for our privacy.The pool itself is clean and you have an incredible view.The billiards and the football table are in a kind of gazebo next to your house Again you have to off your terrace, across the terrain. It is nicely decorated. The area is beautiful to visit. Especially the market of Uzes, Avignon, Nimes, Arles and certainly not to forget Pont Du Gard.! With children, a trip to the Musée de Bonbon (Haribo) is also recommended. We didn't hear much noise from the race circuit, but our vacation was open in August with few days. As you live on the property of the owner, privacy is not always guaranteed. So "other people swam in our pool at night (stayed with the owner), the owner comes late" s

The accommodation was quite difficult to find, but the owner has escorted us from the village to the holiday home. The arrival time of 17h we found quite late. The accommodation met expectations. Beautiful and spacious separate house with very well functioning air conditioning and with large terrace located near the very well maintained pool that we had for us alone. In an adjoining garden house there was a possibility of billiards, table football, darts and for that there was a petanque court. Furthermore there were 2 ping pong tables on the domain. From the pool we had a nice view of the surroundings. Since the house was close to the Lédenon circuit, you can hear noise that is especially annoying when motorbikes are being practiced on the circuit.This was only two days during our stay. none of this, however.

The house is fairly secluded so designated private car / car. In Lédenon, there is only a bakery and cafe tabac, grocery shopping is driving to Remoulins. In the neighborhood there is a lot to see, Pont du Gard is well worth it and nearby. The affable owner of the house and his family are always happy to help and many tips for nice restaurants and excursions. And do not forget to do Lédenon itself near the park is agreeable to relax on the terrace of the bar tabac while the men observe an de jeux de boules ... An absolute must, but who complete peace and quiet ... if you want Lédenon google you will find the right circuit Lédenon ... Depending on the wind, the roar of car 's engines and audible / disturbing ... Nevertheless we enjoyed this holiday, especially by the good care of the owner and his family. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant stay: good location in a beautiful area, house big enough for 2 adults and 3 children, nice that there was air conditioning inside (the basics were okay), good closure of the pool for small kids, ... could use some refreshment. It is important to know that the house is located just next to the owner's house, there is sufficient privacy. Had problems with the pool, but the owner has tackled this (after some grumbling). The house is at the top in a small French village, so you have to go up via small roads. Don't be put off because it works (even with an SUV, but a good test for driver skills). Had a nice holiday in a very beautiful region.

We have just come from our enjoyable holiday of the cottage in Ledenon. Friendly people, full of promises but limited in deaden.Bij our tour, the homeowner has listed a number of flaws that he would adjust broken beach chair, missing ball of football. Not much has come of repair or replacement. We did not need this, but this is bizarre.Verder the material was rather limited in the kitchen. No spices, kitchen roll as good as on, last rubbish bag, olive oil almost on, limited cooking utensils, ... we started our holiday with brisk purchasing. In the previous reviews I also read a number of defects such as broken lamp of hood and outdoor kitchen that is not worked. Indeed, this is still true. Even an empty soap canister hung against the wall. Here you can add the broken awning that was hanging on one side. In other words, the facilities were rather limited and if it was there often poorly working or piece.Dit all seems no Belvilla kwaliteit.Het pool was top. 2m depth and large enough to use with 5 people. The large griddle, pool table and ping-pong table were some nice attributes. Moreover, this was a nice environment and base to explore some beautiful places and go kayaking. At reception we received a bottle of wine and during our stay there was a jar of jam on the table for us made by the wife of the landlord.In the previous reviews we also read something about the noisy race circuit. Well, indeed, this sound can count. The circuit is about 500 further and a lot higher and surrounded by a thick wall. The sound is audible, even at the rear of the house. between 9h and 16h. During our stay we also drove on sunday. Almost as much noise however comes from the crickets, critters of about 5cm long and 1cm thick, who seem to have their home base there. In itself the arrival was fine and everything necessary was explained. We had gone early this day so that the children could swim in the pool on arrival. The disappointment was therefore great when there was no water in the pool. It took three days before there was enough water in it but this water was initially too cold. It was not until the end of the week that the water reached a temperature of 16 degrees which was enough for our children to take a few fresh dives. The environment was very beautiful and what we appreciated was all games such as the pool, table football , darts and jeu de boules. The circuit was very noisy at times, but we knew that beforehand. what we did not know was that there were also two small dogs that liked to bark at us from the owner's house. We found that rather funny than annoying.We had chosen for this house because there was a heated pool and we could take our dogs. Because of the lack of water the pool was very disappointing, it was not heated either. There was a very small heat pump present but it was defective. What was further disappointing was that we shared the gate of the yard with the owner who lives on the same plot. Despite repeated requests from us to close the gate, it was always left open by the owners. This gate is not visible from the holiday home. Since we have a dog that sometimes wants to go into the world, we finally chose to let the dogs in despite the nice weather. This was a big disappointment for us and our dogs. We have made a nice week of it, but we will not book this house again.

A great location to spend a private holiday. The holiday, which is fully equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with nice kitchen and air conditioning is ideal for those who want to do not suffer from prying eyes. The house was on arrival very nicely cleaned, the owner, who also lives on the estate does a fine welcome and let you in peace. The domain has many facilities such as swimming pool, billiards, petanque, table tennis. Who is planning a week stay in the cottage itself better against anything else seen in the racetrack nearby. For those who do get the house is ideal during the day, given the noise coming from the circuit starts around 9:00 pm and lasts until 18:00, there is no daily noise. Nearby are to visit many beautiful towns and villages, the sea is not so far. Please note that only a baker in the village and that other messages must be in Remoulin. A real winner in terms of price / quality. Do you also have a pizza in the village, at the local pizzeria ,, they are delicious and king.

We booked a last minute stay in this beautiful villa. The owner was very friendly and despite the language barrier, communication went smoothly. The house is excellently equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The owner lives on site, but we didn't notice anything. The swimming pool was completely at our disposal and was wonderful to relax in. We had a very relaxing stay in this villa and it is certainly worth repeating. We would like to thank the owner for the good care and service during our stay.

The house is right next to the circuit so sitting outside in the daytime silence was not there. "At night it was quiet so that was not a problem because during the day we made trips to Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Orange, Uzes etc all of which are within a half hour, even the beach in the Camargue is doable. for the children there was a pool and a play house with pool table and foosball. Very friendly and helpful owner who speaks only French, however, his daughter speaks reasonable English. Downside was that the heated pool was not heated ... and we really too cold liked to use. That will be no issue in the summer. What is also very nice is that Pont du Gard walk is 5 km by nature.

The arrival was very bad, despite the fact that it was 4 pm we had no contact with the owner. Thanks to you, Belvilla, there has been a very quick response for which thanks. Arrival at the house was a complete disappointment. People were still cleaning, the pool was very dirty, this was only okay the next day and the so-called "outdoor kitchen" is in a terrible state, has not been cleaned and certainly not usable. For the rest, everything was pretty good, but after being on the road by 10h this was a very disappointing reception.

The cottage is neat and well appointed. The kitchen equipment is rather basic, but the kitchen itself is equipped with everything, terrace a nice plancha to be on bakken.Zwembad is ideally located and no time disturbed by the eigenaar.De man is very amiable, friendly, helpful and yet full respect for our vakantie.Een perk is the chalet with a billiard table and frog, tateltennis and bocce are also available. So to see gehad.Veel a very nice holiday in nabijheid.Onze dogs were there too freely, fully fenced garden and possibility to make a nice walk just above the berg.Afhankelijk of wind noise can be up to 17:30. really? it is for each individual, we have found two days more annoying but not insurmountable.

We kregen in de mail te horen dat we om een plek moesten staan en dan moesten bellen naar de eigenaar van het huisje. Deze parkeer plaats was alleen wat moeilijk te vinden aangezien wanneer je de plek op zoekt hij meerdere adressen aangeeft. Eenmaal bij de parkeer plek aangekomen moesten we de eigenaar bellen, dit gaat alleen niet zo makkelijk aangezien de eigenaar niks anders kan spreken dan Frans. Natuurlijk was dit van te voren aangegeven maar dan als nog was dit kompleet waardeloos. Het huis was heel makkelijk te vinden dus het was ook nergens voor nodig om op een andere locatie aftespreken. Eenmaal bij het huis aangekomen was alles best oudbollig en was ook het bestek en pannen en oven niet netjes schoon. Het meest moderne aan het huisje was de badkamer maar de vloer van de douche kan je gewoon niet lekker op staan, dus eigenlijk wil je zo snel mogelijk onder de douche vandaan. Vervolgens hebben van zaterdag tot woensdag niet in het zwembad kunnen zwemmen vanwegen een wespen plaag. Dit hebben op zondag gemeld bij de eigenaar en dinsdag eind middag werd er pas wat mee gedaan en konden woensdag middag er pas in, Dit was niet bepaald hele fijn met weer boven de 36 graden. Vervolgens konden woensdagiddag eindelijk zwemmen maar ook moesten we even wachten, want er zat een naakt kind in het zwembad. Waarschijnlijk was dit het kind van de eigenaar maar het is niet heel hygiënisch en ook niet om aan te zien. En buiten dat was het ook gewoon een beetje ascioaal als je gasten hebt die naar 4 dagen eindelijk het zwembad in kunnen. Zeker voor zoon hogen prijs hadden veel hogere verwachtingen. Voor de rest kwa uitjes en supermarkten mag je wel rekenen op een reistijd van 20 tot 30 minuten. Voor de rest was de eigenaar wel aardig maar natuurlijk kon je voor geen meter cominiseren met hem, zeker voor iemand die dit soort dingen verhuurt zou het fijn zijn dat die in ieder geval een app op zijn telefoon heb staan om wat normaal te kunnen praten tegen ons. Wij hadden gelukkig zelf hier al rekening mee gehouden maar ook dan kon het soms lastig zijn. De man gaf ook aan dat als we wat nodig hadden dat we hem moesten bellen, heel leuk en alles maar dat gaat nog al lastig als je niet met hem kan praten aangezien die niks anders dan Frans kan. En dan als laatste stonk de man ook behoorlijk naar de drank het was vrij lastig om een beetje lucht in te andemen zonder dat je een walm aan drank geur mee nam. Dus over het algemeen redelijk huisje, goed zwembad (naast de wespen die er de meeste tijd van de vakantie zaten). Dus eigenlijk 3 van de 7 dagen echt van het zwembad kunnen genieten ik raad eigelijk dit huisje aan niemand anders aan dan Franse mensen. Als ik het sterren kon geven zou ik het 2 van de 5 sterren geven.

De eigenaar was telefonisch te bereiken, we konden vanaf 17u in het huisje omwille van de schoonmaak. De eigenaar heeft ons op het afgesproken punt komen halen, want de weg naar het huisje is anders zeer moeilijk te vinden. Het huis was proper. Het meubilair en de inventaris (keukenmateriaal, glazen, kopjes, pannen, enz) zijn merkbaar van goedkope kwaliteit en niet altijd aangenaam te gebruiken. Het huisje is niet zoals voorgesteld bij Belvilla op de foto's. Het huisje ligt achter het huis van de eigenaar en als je op terras zit kijk je steeds op de muur en de afscheiding van zijn huis. Het zwembad was niet verwarmd en er was geen mogelijkheid hiervoor. Jammer want het water was koud ook bij hoge temperaturen. Om bij het zwembad te gaan moet je eerst je eigen terras af, een stukje terrein over en dan trapjes op (zonder af te sluiten hekje). Het zwembad ligt direct aan het huis van de eigenaar. Het zicht naar de tuin van de eigenaar is afgeschermd met een muur en bovenaan een doek. De hondjes van de eigenaar vinden het leuk om altijd te blaffen als je er bent en onder de doek te kijken. Ook kwam de eigenaar bijna elke keer als we in het zwembad waren.. wat we persoonlijk niet zo leuk vonden voor onze privacy. Het zwembad zelf is proper en je hebt er een ongelooflijk zicht. De biljart en de voetbaltafel bevinden zich in een soort tuinhuisje naast je huisje. Ook hier moet je weer je terras af, over het terreintje naar toe. Het is wel leuk ingericht. De omgeving is prachtig om te bezoeken. Vooral de markt van Uzès, Avignon, Nïmes, Arles en zekers niet te vergeten Pont Du Gard.! Met kinderen is een uitstap naar het Musée de Bonbon (Haribo) ook een aanrader. Van het racecircuit hebben we niet veel lawaai gehoord, maar onze vakantie lag dan ook in augustus met weinig dagen open. Gezien je op het terrein van de eigenaar woont is privacy niet steeds gegarandeerd. Zo zwommen er 's nachts andere mensen in ons zwembad (verbleven bij de eigenaar), komt de eigenaar nog laat "s avonds naar zijn wijnkelder onder het huisje, wordt meubilair tijdens je verblijf afgehaald, ... Ook de wifi heeft heel de periode niet gewerkt! De eigenaar zei dat dit omwille van werken in de hele regio was, maar op andere plaatsen was het er wel??? De eigenaar was wel vriendelijk en gaf tips en ook een zelfgemaakte confituur en een flesje wijn. Voor de regio komen we zekers terug, het huisje niet.

Wij komen net van onze deugddoende vakantie van het huisje in Ledenon. Vriendelijke mensen, vol beloften maar beperkt in daden. Bij onze rondgang heeft de huiseigenaar een aantal mankementen opgesomd die hij zou aanpassen kapotte strandstoel, ontbrekend balletje van voetbalkast. Van reparatie of vervanging is niet veel terecht gekomen. Wij hadden dit niet nodig, maar dit is wel bizar. Verder was het aanwezige materiaal eerder beperkt in de keuken. Geen kruiden, keukenrol zo goed als op, laatste vuilzak, olijfolie bijna op, beperkt kookgerei, ... wij zijn onze vakantie begonnen met stevige inkopen. In de vorige reviews las ik ook een aantal mankementen zoals kapotte lamp van dampkap en buitenkeuken die niet werkte. Inderdaad, dit klopt nog steeds. Zelfs een leeg zeepbusje hing er tegen de muur. Hier mag nog de kapotte luifel aan toegevoegd worden die aan een kant gans doorhing. Maw, de voorzieningen waren eerder beperkt en als het er was vaak slecht werkend of stuk. Dit lijkt allemaal geen Belvilla kwaliteit. Het zwembad was wel top. 2m diepte en groot genoeg om met 5 personen te gebruiken. De grote bakplaat, de pooltafel en ping-pong tafel waren enkele aangename attributen. Bovendien was dit een leuke omgeving en uitvalsbasis om enkele mooie plaatsen te verkennen en te gaan kajakken. Bij de ontvangst kregen we een flesje wijn en tijdens ons verblijf stond er een potje confituur op tafel voor ons gemaakt door de vrouw van de huisbaas. In de vorige reviews lazen we ook iets over het luidruchtige race circuit. Wel, inderdaad, dit geluid kan tellen. Het circuit is ongeveer 500 verder en een heel stuk hoger gelegen en omgeven door een dikke muur. Het geluid is echter goed hoorbaar, zelfs aan de achterzijde van de woning. tussen 9h en 16h. Bij ons verblijf reed men ook op zondag. Bijna evenveel geluid echter komt van de krekels, beestjes van ongeveer 5cm lang en 1cm dik, die er hun thuisbasis lijken te hebben. Vanaf de morgen tot 's avonds rond 10h tjirpen ze onafgebroken met 1 rustpauze rond 8h00.

Op zich was de aankomst prima en al het nodige werd uitgelegd. We waren deze dag vroeg op pad gegaan zodat de kinderen bij aankomst nog even lekker in het zwembad konden zwemmen. De teleurstelling was dan ook groot toen er geen water in het zwembad zat. Het duurde drie dagen voordat er voldoende water in zat maar dit water was aanvankelijk veel te koud. Pas tegen het einde van de week bereikte het water een temperatuur van 16 graden wat voor onze kinderen warm genoeg was om een paar frisse duiken te nemen. De omgeving was heel mooi en wat zeer door ons werd gewaardeerd waren alle spelletjes zoals het poolen, tafelvoetbal, darten en jeu de boules. Het circuit was bij vlagen zeer luidruchtig aanwezig, maar dat wisten we van tevoren. wat we niet wisten was dat er ook twee kleine hondjes aanwezig waren die het erg leuk vonden om vanaf het huis van de eigenaar naar ons te blaffen. Wij vonden dat eerder grappig dan vervelend. Wij hadden voor dit huis gekozen omdat er een verwarmd zwembad aanwezig was en we onze honden mee konden nemen. Het zwembad viel vanwege het gebrek aan water dus erg tegen, ook was het niet verwarmd. Er was wel een hele kleine warmtepomp aanwezig maar die was defect. Wat verder tegenviel was dat we de poort van het erf deelden met de eigenaar die op hetzelfde perceel woont. Ondanks herhaalde verzoeken van ons om de poort te sluiten werd deze telkens weer open gelaten door de eigenaars. Dit hek is vanaf de vakantiewoning niet te zien. Aangezien wij een hond hebben die nog wel eens de wereld in wil trekken hebben wij er uiteindelijk voor gekozen om ondanks het lekkere weer de honden maar binnen te laten. Dit was voor ons en onze honden een flinke tegenvaller. We hebben er een leuke week van gemaakt, maar dit huisje zullen we niet nog een keer boeken.
