Bjr, Our arrival in the whole went well except that we were greeted by nobody.Luckily we had a phone number which made it possible to say that we had arrived.The lady on the phone was very nice (We saw it only 3 days after we arrived), she told us where our studio was but it was very strange to have no one to accomodate you. Concerning the accommodation, and at first sight, our studio was The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. No rack, no dish rack, dishes found dirty. We were supposed to have a parasol .... the one we had looked more like a parasol in view of its smallness and that did not filter the sun. Really changed !! We did not have a washer or dryer as was noted on our reservation as well. The mattress would have to be changed as you can see that it has already served soft and hollow. The environment however is beautiful beautiful swimming pool, well laid out and beautiful park, which enhanced our stay in view of our accommodation which was not at the top!

Can not join the concierge or someone Belvilla, at our arrival between 17 and 19 H.Nous have managed to reach someone "one after 15 minutes who told us our number room phone, the keys to being "inside the room .... OK room, propre.Résidence very quiet .... When we left, we n" have seen yet personne.Nous have left the keys room in the mailbox concierge leaving a voice message on answering machine, because again person to "welcome!

Our arrival was scheduled on June 26, 2015 between 1700 -1900. Upon our arrival at 1715, however, there was no one there to receive us. In the next hour, we tried to figure out who we had to tell us to come into our rented apartment finally told a fellow guest to us, after we called him our contact name, we at the cook of the adjoining restaurant had to be the cook is there married to the concierge, he would be able to help us. Went to the cook, told him that we have still found this a strange state of affairs quite a bit when he said it was not a hotel. Very unfriendly and inhospitable. He called his wife, and then it turned out they had put all the data in our apartment including the code to enter the building !? We have the rest of the week no one seen or spoken. Very strange state of affairs. We have never yet meegemaakt.Het apartment was okay, only the kitchen was disappointing, very small and not fit to cook well. There were sheets but no pillowcases. A nice but fairly remote place to spend the holidays. A slightly larger city lies at a distance. It is a great place for cyclists who want to climb the surrounding mountains or for others who want to enjoy nature. Almost obviously you can when the weather all day at the pool.

The welcome is very friendly and professional without any worries on that side, however, the description of the apartment does not correspond to what we found on the one hand the fridge freezer does not correspond to it. that from a simple table top fridge the ceramic hobs are ultimately only basic electric hobs and in the bathroom the bathtub shower tap is difficult to switch from the bathtub to the shower from the moment the button is broken, otherwise the park is very pleasant very friendly the swimming pool is very well located and a pity that the description of the building and that the condition of some of the elements of the apartment is not up to par

The arrival was poor. We were requested to contact the property manager several hours in advance. Called at half past three. Administrator unavailable. Tried to contact Belvilla at 4 pm. After half an hour on hold still no contact. Meanwhile also tried to reach the administrator. So no one was there on arrival. Called Belvilla's emergency number and the employee would find out. In the meantime we had contacted the manager with the help of other holidaymakers. It turned out that the information that Belvilla had given us from the manager was incorrect and that the manager had already indicated this several times to Belvilla because we were the umpteenth couple that happened to us. Not only annoying for us but also for the manager because she is a fantastic person. The accommodation was fine and the surroundings beautiful
