A beautiful three-bedroom vacation home for seven amidst scenic natural beauty is an idyllic place for a relaxing holiday. Those looking for good food and culture will not be disappointed either as the delightful village of Lacropte is only 2 km away.
The woods nearby are wonderful for long walks. The village of Lacropte has delicious French bread and a lovely restaurant. Activities such as horse riding, tennis, swimming, as well as great markets and outdoor cafes are available in Vergt, 10 km away. For a taste of history and culture, you can head to Périgueux 29 km away and Bergerac 42 km from here.
The child-friendly home provides a cot and high chair on request. You can bring upto two pets as long as you tell the owners in advance.

It is very quiet, but very basic. Could be much cleaner with a coat of paint and a good lice is needed. The beds are very good

Already the 2 "times that we stay here. We rent the farm for its quiet location. It is a good base for trips. Supermarket in Vergt or La Bugue. You should not expect much comfort. I have my own microwave, DVD player, and some household goods mee.Is all present but not to see or defect.Bed is good.Shower ok.Verder primitive but a must for those who love nature and tranquility.

It was cleaned super bad. We complained and you hear an excuse but no money back. It is described as a luxurious holiday home. It really isn't. It is an old French house with old inventory. Tiny kitchen for max 1 person at a time. The photos mislead everything is small and tight. Only the area around the house is spacious, quiet and private. With a lovely fireplace inside. Masr for 7 people is not recommended. 3x double bed and sofa bed. Small old bathroom. I feel fooled me by the photos.

The accommodation is in a beautiful, wooded and very quiet area. You only hear birds singing and sometimes a dog in the distance. We were received nicely.

The owner only spoke French and it was a shame that no information folder was available. If you like peace, this farm is ideal, lots of space around the house, no immediate neighbors. The living room is small, the seating furniture was outdated. But the bedrooms are spacious and equipped with good beds. Furthermore, the inventory is complete. From Cendrieux you can make nice trips, a lake and caves at a 20-minute drive and Bergerac and Perigeux at about 30 km away.

The surroundings are great! Quietly located, right in nature and surrounded by a forest. For our ideal. But it was not so far away to the inhabited world. Within 10km there was a relatively large supermarket. The location was also ideal for serving as a base. In less than 20 minutes you left by car in Les Eyzis and associated prehistoric miracles. Do not expect too much extra at the holiday home. The rudimentary business is available with additional TV, DVD and WIFI. People who want something more luxurious Eg dishwasher), you should not choose for this home. Sleeping facilities were more than adequate. There can be more people sleeping than sitting at the table or in the living room. The only jammier aspect we found was the cleanliness The sink, the refrigerator, the cooking fire, the steam camp, the garbage bin, ... we found really dirty. We first brushed this before we put it into use. But the welcome was warm. We received a welcome gift.

Warm welcome with a bottle of wine. Very rural farmhouse, soberly decorated. A lot of privacy. All you need is there, but you should not expect luxury. My husband and I have been to this farm already 8 times and find it amazing, especially because it is so remote, surrounded by an acre and surrounding forest. Our dog enjoys it and can walk outside all day long. Nearby are many caves with prehistoric drawings.

We were well received by Prosper and his wife. The house has everything you need. It is not modern, but what you can go back in time without stress. The house is situated in a totally peaceful environment. "In the evening if you keep some silent, graze the deer around the house. That alone is fantastic. In the villages Cendrieux and Ladouze, there is a bakery and you will find there the very most needed. In Vergt, 10 km from home there is everything. The people are friendly and peaceful, as if they still live without stress.

The location of the house was good and super quiet, the region of the Dordogne we found less there is not so much to do.

It's a fantastic place, very quiet. Even the deer walked past. We and the dog had all the freedom. The cottage was simple but well equipped. Nice, alas French speaking key stakeholders.
