Had a pleasant week. The homeowner is very helpful and very nice that he speaks Dutch. He likes to chat with you. For shopping it is best to drive to Sarlat, about 9 km away. Furthermore, there is much to experience in the Dordogne, such as prehistoric villages that are really worth a visit and many charming towns.

We had a wonderful stay in Vezac. Our apartment was spacious and attractive and equipped with practical extras such as a good barbecue, plenty of towels and tea towels and a fan. Our apartment overlooked the neighbor's garden where chickens roam around (luckily the rooster liked to sleep in). grounds are beautiful and well cared for and the pool is beautiful bij.De super friendly (Dutch) owner Pierre can always be found somewhere on the property for advice and assistance and for a good bottle of wine, because he also has a small wine trade. centrally located, by car you can reach many sights such as the castles of Bezac and Castelnaud (which also has a very good bakery), the gardens of Marquessac and the market of Sarlat.

Had a great weekend with friends. Getting around the area was easy, whether by car or public transport. The cottage is perfectly situated near a beautiful lake, allowing us to swim or try some water sports. We loved the wine tasting sessions that brought added enjoyment to our trip.
