Les Coteaux de Sarlat is quietly situated on grounds that are approx. 3 ha and green, about 1.5 km from the picturesque village of the same name.
The holiday park has a reception, a lovely, partially covered (and heated) swimming pool with heated children's pool (both open from the beginning of April to mid-September, depending on the weather). It also has a large sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, fitness room, playground, table tennis, multisport terrain and miniature golf. You can also make use of the sauna, hammam and laundrette for a fee. There are centrally-located parking spaces.
People who enjoy the peace and quiet, nature, culture and the good French life have come to the right place here. The area invites you to go horse riding, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, cycling and taking beautiful walks, for example along the banks of the Vézère. The Dordogne is also known for its many gastronomic specialties such as 'Confit de Canard' and 'Foie Gras'.
Some highly valued 'must-sees' are the Lascaux caves which are on the Unesco World Heritage List (about 25 km) and the photogenic Les-Eyzies-de-Tayac with its special cave dwellings. The Dordogne valley and its 1001 castles also offer great opportunities for excursions. Similarly, there are many caves and gouffres such as those of Proumeyssac, Roc de Cazelle, Tourtoirac and Rouffignac. The beautiful 18-hole golf course of Souillac is approx. 25 km away.

Our stay at the Spacious Terraced Maisonette was wonderful! The place was clean, cozy, and had plenty of room for our family of five, We loved the terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking up the stunning views of Sarlat, The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, Plus, the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Montfort Castle and the beautiful Gardens of Eyrignac, Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway!
