La Coloniale is located in a small residential area with communal swimming pool and beautifully maintained and parking area at the entrance. The house itself is a beautiful and spacious villa with private pool (cleaned daily) and large garden. The interior has five bedrooms, five toilets, three bathrooms and two kitchens well calculated to 12 people. Also tables, chairs and pool furniture is aligned with that number of people. There are 2 large fridge / freezers, dishwashers and washing machines. For children there are playgrounds and table tennis tables. The location to shops and beach is good (walking distance), although on a busy road must stabbing. The beach The welcome by the landlady was extremely cordial and they did their best to make us. Stay as pleasant as possible The nature in the immediate area is beautiful and there are many walks of varying length and difficulty. (Topographic map IGN 4351OT Cervione is therefore highly recommended). Are there any downsides? Yes, we can mention a few that we otherwise do not have a grave offense. The house does show & quotgebruikssporen "- Mastic joints in the shower stalls are not too fresh anymore and the toilets are
