Detached house 40 km south of Bastia in the midst of the Costa Verde on the sandy beach.
Remote meters from the coastal road and about 1km from the walking area of Castagniccia away.
Comfortably furnished and very well maintained house with 2 separate bedrooms, terrace and 400 sqm garden available.

The beach house is located directly on the sea.
From the house you walk about 100 meters in swimming suit sand beach with gently sloping sea.
The 400sqm garden offers the possibility off the beach to enjoy with your children the siestas and barbecues. Unlimited games for small children because there is no public road. The next typical Corsican grocery store is about 500 meters away.
In 5 minutes drive you reach the mountains of Costa Verde with your known trails. The 1 Km distant place Padulella / Moriani Plage offers all the shops (incl. Supermarket) daily needs as well as banks and doctors. Particularly noteworthy are the vorzufindenden in the immediate vicinity typical Corsican shops with all customary products.

Vacation August 2024

The FH is nicely and purposefully furnished and clean. You have everything you need, but not more. The comfort of the beds/mattresses was border-line. Mattress protectors were unfortunately not available but are highly recommended given the heat and changing occupancy. The location is optimal for exploring the center, north, and south. But it is also nice and calm at the local beach compared to other bathing spots we visited. We had a nice time here and we are grateful for that.

Superhero.

We had a beautiful two weeks in the house really close to the beach. The beach was not crowded, you have peace. The house has almost everything you need. Shopping possibilities nearby. It was fantastic but very hot.

Wonderful holiday between sea and mountains

We were lucky enough to spend almost 3 whole weeks in Mr. Schwehn's beautiful house close to the beach.
As described in the other reviews, the house is perfectly equipped and you really want for nothing. Especially as one always discovers beautiful design aspects, it is worth taking a close look!
The house is in a very pleasant neighbourhood - instead of being surrounded only by other tourists, thereâ€™s a great mix of locals and holidaymakers, in general we enjoyed the atmosphere as very familiar, everyone left their bathing and sports equipment open in the garden, you never felt unsafe at any second.
The location is ideal for exploring the island, with the sea in front of you and the mountains directly behind you. So we did great river walks and gorge tours or spent beautiful days on the beach at the turquoise crystal clear water - depending on our mood.
The contact with Mr. Schwehn was always cordial and he was always available - everything went so smoothly that we hardly had any questions! :-)
We will be very happy to come back.

Great beach house in an ideal location

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week in this wonderful beach house. Ideal for families with children. The beach is only a few metres away from the house and garden. The water is very clear and clean, and the beach slopes gently, making bathing easy not only for little people. Although we were there in the high season, the beach and the village were not overcrowded. Top! The house has everything you need for your holiday. A well equipped kitchen for cooking if you want. Bathroom with washing machine, dry spider in the garden. (Great if you are travelling with a child :-)) You will also find a great barbecue and many other things in the storage room, such as toys for the beach, etc. The house is spacious and bright. The house is spacious and bright. The neighbours are also very friendly and helpful. Shopping facilities such as supermarket, bakery, post office, restaurants, etc. are in the immediate vicinity
Mr. Schwehn is a very friendly and attentive landlord. He was always available and gave helpful tips in advance
We can definitely recommend the beach house in Corsica! We will definitely come back again.

very nice beach house, 3 min to the sea

We enjoyed our holiday in the beach house very much. The house is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything. We also enjoyed putting the one or other fish on the higher quality barbecue and were surprised that there was even a fish grill. The house can be ventilated wonderfully even in hot periods, then shaded by folding shutters, and compared to other beach houses we have rented, it does not smell musty. After we had cleaned the filter of the washing machine, it also ran perfectly. A spin dryer in the garden guarantees fast drying clothes. The path to the beach runs next to an English sports hotel, where you can also rent well-maintained tennis courts and boards for stand-up paddling etc. The beach is more of a natural beach. The beach is more of a natural beach, although the section we were on was probably cleaned by the hotel. The sea was perfect for our 10 year old daughter who was a swimming beginner (relatively shallow with a sandy bottom). The contact with the landlord was very nice. We can gladly recommend the accommodation :-) !!!

It was very nice, but....

- Very tidy and functional holiday home in a good location (close to the sea and mountains/hiking area)
- Good parking in front of the house
- A boules court is available for use by all neighbors
- Stove and hot water are gas-operated. Tenants must provide additional gas bottles themselves.
- The washing machine was unfortunately out of order. There is no on-site contact person. The landlord did not respond to our notification.
