At about 7 km is the village of Objat where you will find a nice recreational opportunity, with paddle boats, swimming pool with slide and canoeing. Restaurants and general supply stores are located 7 km away. There is a tennis court 7 km away and a golf course 33 km away.
The house is fully furnished and well equipped. There is a cooker, coffee maker, and a mini-oven. Outside there is a lovely terrace where you can barbecue. There is a camping cot along with a parasol where you can rest. There is a heating facility to keep its guests warm. Free parking is available for guests.

La Porcherie is a nice little village (10 houses) at the top of the hills. Extremely quiet and ideal for escape. Within a few minutes, you will not be able to get into a number of larger villages / cities. We were very kindly welcomed (only in French but that is not a surprise) and we immediately got the freedom to settle for ourselves. During our stay we felt at home and we could do whatever we wanted. The cottage itself is perfect for a couple, you could bring a child with you. Very cozy and atmospheric and everything is present. Absolutely recommended for a friendly price!

We had a perfect week at La Porcherie. The house and surroundings were exactly as we hoped. The calm and quiet was so nice for a change. We enjoyed the lovely house, the nice view from the garden, the birds and the hospitality of the owner. It is the perfect spot to leave everything else behind and just relax. Thanks to Christoph for the nice welcome and Help When Needed. We visited some villages, Chateau Haute Ford and went for dinner at Brives.We would definitely recommend this to others, and hope to come back some time!

We enjoyed endless tranquility at an idyllic spot. For our kitchen window overlooking a beautiful flower garden from the patio behind the house we looked over a vast undulating landscape. The cottage is small but functional. The owner / family leave you completely alone but is well approachable should the need zijn.Vanaf this place is making nice trips to all the old villages with beautiful churches, painted caves, a chocolate factory etc. It was nice walking through the cultural landscape for cycling there is some fitness required! We look back on a pleasant stay!

Small old house, tastefully converted. Very quiet location with beautiful views. In the village there are only a few houses. The owners live in the house next door, they are very friendly and leave you in peace.

Beautiful accommodation in a small quiet village. Beautiful view of the valley behind the cottage from a terrace with lots of privacy. The cottage itself is well maintained and suitable for two persons. All in all, had a wonderful holiday.

warmly welcomed, with a nice attention. The accommodation was beautiful, basic but everything was present and the surroundings fantastic. It was very quiet there, allowing you to rest sufficiently. Your privacy has been saved. If you had to ask something, that could be very friendly owners.
