Very friendly and dynamic host Nicely decorated house, perfect hygiene Pleasant setting .. we really enjoyed this stay. We were able to taste some vegetables from the owner's garden who kindly offered them to us.

Swimming pool is good size and close to home.
There is a very nice covered dining area with outdoor kitchen where we ate throughout the holiday and lingered in the evening.

Very very charming house and quiet in a beautiful area. Nice villages nearby. Very friendly manager, as indicated in another review, he speaks no other language than French. Photos are a bit misleading, because at a distance of one and a half meters from the swimming pool there is a fence in front of a fenced pasture where cows walk. We don't suffer from this, but it's good to know. Furthermore, some nice cushions for chairs and sunbeds would be a good addition. These are missing.

Our stay was horrible.
We spend 2 nights at the house. When we arrived our kids jumped into the pool.
The swimming pool filter was not working. (We found out later)
The same night they both got very sick.
The house was very dirty and didn't smell fresh at all. When we were cooking in the tiny kitchen we found some hair in the pan and we lost our appetite.
The second night we woke up in the middle of the night because there were big hornets in the bedroom of the children.
Later in the night they were surrounding the whole house and tried to get in, it was terrifying. There probably was a nest under the windows in the walls of the house.
We did a report to the owners of the house, but they didn't take it seriously. We even showed them the dead hornets and the majority of these animals.
I was thankful our children didn't get stung.
We packed our stuff and drove home because it was impossible to stay in that house with te hornaars.
Unfortunately we didn't got a refund of our money, (we were supposed to stay 7 days) We even showed the owners and belle villa videos and pictures from these insects.
The owners never took anything serious (not the pool filter that wasn't working or the hornets)
We took our loss and were happy that we don't have to come here ever again.

The arrival was very pleasant. We could also enter the house earlier than expected. We got a full tour of the house and the garden. Fruit and vegetables from our own garden were also offered for us.

The house is really a great French house and with a very nice view, and a wonderful outside place to relax overlooking the small just born calves and cows. And often the beautiful setting sun! Tip: beds are hard and tight. And clean the pool a little more often in the week. In addition, Mr. the owner is very helpful and takes care of fruit from his own garden a few times a week. It was a wonderful holiday!

The pool was lovely, the outside kitchen fantastic. Very nice view in the evening at the pool with a view over the countryside and in the distance the setting sun. A wonderfully peaceful environment with nice people! The owner was easily accessible and was immediately ready if needed (a very sweet man). definitely recommended!

Beautifully quiet location but also easily accessible. Sofa seating was not comfortable but fortunately in good weather ample seating options outside.

Very friendly host but not such a clean house. Shower downstairs did not drain properly, dishwasher did not wash properly. Crockery missing pieces. Swimming pool water was fluorescent green instead of bright blue, but clean. The owner couldn't get it right but came by every morning for an hour…
