Far away from all industry and exhaust fumes, you will find Domaine de Bellac. This estate, named after a former Chateau, is surrounded by beautiful green hills, forests, and many lakes. The current Bellac is built on the old foundations and outbuildings of this Chateau. A few ruins on the grounds still serve as a reminder of its history. You have a view of a valley where the Dordogne and Charente departments meet. Amidst the pristine nature, you can perfectly unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The 35-hectare estate features six luxury gites with an authentic French character. After enjoying the sun, you can cool off in the beautifully situated heated swimming pool with a covered relaxation area.

Domaine de Bellac is centrally located in an area with beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails where every enthusiast can enjoy themselves to the fullest. The surrounding area offers many restaurants where you can dine affordably in often beautiful locations. The markets, romantic French villages, freshwater lakes, and rivers also make this region a wonderful holiday destination. There is plenty of relaxation to be had for almost every age.

If golf is your hobby, you can make use of Golf de la Prèze, an 18-hole golf course just 1 kilometer away that is considered a true challenge by golfers. French, Dutch, English, and German are spoken on this course, and you can enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant run by a passionate Dutch couple.

This house, with its very large living room and kitchen, private swimming pool, and garden, is perfectly suitable for multiple families.

Our holiday in Le Triangle was very cool. The cottage suited us really, we could enjoy a spacious living room with kitchen, a cozy terrace, a great (but cold) plunge pool and stunning views. The place is ideal to completely relax and to isolate you here from the outside world. You can make nice walks nearby and a large supermarket can be found on so "n 8 km in the neighboring Montbron. We have made a trip to Limoges and we went a trip to Angouleme. This was just driving, but worth it. However, what did not suit us well, the state in which we had encountered the cottage. Everything was tidy, but the plates and pans in the cabinets owner were not all clean. assured us, however, that it was a misunderstanding went with the refilled and then charged us the cost of cleaning not. we were received very well and we could always contact the owner for questions!

We have had a fantastic holiday at this location but there were some downsides where the owner does not always have to blame but which have made sure that our holiday eventually get the score 8 instead of a 10. So there was leakage on one of two showers which we only could use one and that one were the floor tiles loose, the refrigerator is not cooling as well anymore, this is because it is an older copy, dishwasher quit because it has a leak (which we have dissolved itself), and the pool which on the first day was pretty blue, was at the end of our holiday as green as grass by algae that just did not get out of the pool filter. The area however is fantastic and the villa looks exactly like the picture "s.
