You will find Domaine de Bellac far from today's industrial noise and pollution. Named after an earlier chateau (castle), this country estate is surrounded by lovely green hills, forests and abundant lakes. The current Bellac was constructed on the historic foundations of the old chateau and its outbuildings. Several ruins on the property are a reminder of times past. You have a view of a valley where the Dordogne and Charente departments meet. This pristine natural area is the perfect place to catch your breath and escape from the daily grind. The 35-hectare estate contains seven luxurious cottages with a unique French character. After soaking up some sunshine, you can cool off in the attractively situated swimming pool and its covered relaxation area.
Domaine de Bellac is centrally located in an area with beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails that are sure to delight any outdoor enthusiast.
In the surrounding area you will find restaurants that offer affordable dining in a lovely setting. The markets, the romantic French villages and the freshwater lakes and rivers also make this region a wonderful holiday destination. There are plenty of relaxation options for visitors of all ages.
Golfers will be in their element at Golf de la Prèze, an 18-hole course located just one kilometre away that has a reputation for being quite a challenge. Location was great, house was beautiful but could have a little more kitchen supplies. Also in terms of cleanliness, order and service. it could be better. It has more possibilities than are currently being exploited.

A nice week at rest. Lovely house and pool. The owners Andre and Anja are very good host / woman. Great with children, but also very suitable for golf lovers. An 18 hole golf course is 5 minutes. Beautiful quiet area.

Domaine de Bellac. Not knowing what to expect, but so surprising when aankomst.Anja and Andre can rightly be proud of their life's work. The individually decorated with care homes are calm, warmth and comfort. The heat that radiates from the reception, is continued in the total experience of our stay. This was for us a journey into the top 3 of the most amazing ever falls. Both our girls as we could every minute genieten.Het good climate, the many opportunities for walking, cycling and water sports, to discover the many places on the domain itself .... an experience in itself. In short, a must in size!
