This vacation home was cozy and well-equipped for our needs. We appreciated the clean and practical design, and the location was great for visiting local places like the Carcassonne Cathedral. The outdoor space was a nice touch, especially for barbecuing. Even though the weather didn't cooperate every day, it didn't take away from the comfort and convenience of our stay. Perfect for families looking for relaxation!

We had a great family outing in this charming holiday home. The spacious living room was perfect for our group, and the children loved playing in the garden while we relaxed on the terrace with a glass of wine. The nearby park with tree climbing activities was a hit! We also enjoyed exploring the local dining options, especially the Brasserie le Cochon Volant, just a short drive away. All in all, a delightful experience in a beautiful setting.

This villa is a gem! The spacious living room and modern kitchen allowed our group to relax and cook together. We particularly enjoyed the nearby dining options and local bakeries.

The arrival and reception was excellent, very friendly people, 2 nights with the owners seated a bottle of wine and some eaten, Jean-Pierre has chickens with tasty eggs, we also enjoyed. The house is spacious with good facilities and because of the large linden tree in front of the house he remains reasonably cool. The pool is spotlessly clean, water was a bit chilly, but that took some getting used to. It was the first weeks with good weather, before a lot of rain had fallen.

Lovely spacious and well cared for home. Fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven). Great rooms and beds. Private terrace, BBQ facilities and pool. Amidst the vines in a beautiful setting. Thoroughly recommend as a base for the castle ruins of the Cathars and the vineyards of the Corbieres and Limoux.

This vacation home is a whole experience! Chill pool, cozy terrace, and the garden is perfect for selfies. Also, the nearby park with tree climbing is a great asset for family outings. Definitely coming back!

That view can not be described with words, we experienced a blissful holiday with our 2 little kids in peace, guaranteed quality time, just what we were looking for. Rest cosiness and a super nice pool and a huge amount of play space. Handsome house. In short, this was PERFEECT for us!

The owners live next to the house but leave your mind at ease and are super friendly. The car is for the entire stay in an open garage. The pool water was pretty cold but took care of cooling. We will definitely go back!

Lovely holiday home, everything must exist some present. The view is magnificent and those who love nature and peace should not hesitate too long. There is wifi but is slow and there is no DVD player. Pool is not heated but when the sun does its work the pool heats up quickly. Friendly and accommodating owners. Returning it!

An air conditioner had been nice because at 38 degrees it gets very hot inside. The area is really fantastic. Wake up in the middle of the vineyards with a view of the wild. You can do your shopping in Esperaza, 8 km away. The swimming pool offers coolness in the middle of summer! We will certainly be happy to come back.

The arrival was good. Only the coordinates knocked out was just looking. The accommodation was excellent and the setting is nice. Lots of history. For example, the land of the Cathars.
