Fantastic house in a beautiful place. Plenty of privacy and comfort. The owners are very friendly and helpful

Wonderful stone house on 3 levels whose calm delighted us. Thank you to Françoise and her family for the warm welcome and their advice.

Friendly reception. The house was authentic, but rather basic. Beautiful area with many opportunities for walking, visiting villages or attractions and eating out.
Dries Kools
The house is located on top of a cozy family campsite. Nice to enjoy camping atmosphere and be totally on our own. We felt "kings of the mountain".

We hit the house as described and have a great week spent.

The house is in a quiet area so we had lots of privacy.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival. The contact took us to the cottage, showed us everything, and our holiday could begin. Really a cottage, at the very end of the campsite. In complete peace.Inside enough place, terrace enough space, parking space enough, garden enough space.

What a wonderful holiday home! A lot of privacy, all facilities available (albeit a bit outdated, but that does not matter) and a lovely pool at the campsite. The owners of the campsite were very helpful and in our poor French and their poor English we have been able to communicate with each other. The cottage is at the top of the campsite and offers a lot of privacy and a beautiful view. The campsite is not too big and very spacious. There are mainly French people, but we also liked this. You easily walked to the pool across the campsite. The pool was very quiet, the French do not swim that much. Although the rules were strict (tight swimming trunks, no ball and limited opening hours), much more was possible if you asked the owner. The swimming pool would open at 11.00, but I was just allowed to pull some jobs at 900 hours. At night our boys went to play football with other teenagers. In the area you can also do everything, often you have to take the car.

Unfortunately the owners didn't speak English. We hardly speak French, so it was difficult to communicate. In the house there were many insects present, this could have been cleaned. Very nice large garden and also a nice cold swimming pool. Nice green campsite, small-scale.

Was kindly received by the owner. The house is hidden in a campsite, so there is no visual contact with the campers. Spacious house with a bedroom on the top floor and a bedroom in the basement. Between these two floors is the living and kitchen area. We had the bedroom in the basement because it was cooler with the very hot weather, but had the impression that it felt clumsy. The surroundings are fantastic especially for hikers and cyclists. Les Vans - 2 kilometers - is a beautiful French village with many eateries and a supermarket.

Fun, authentic cottage. Quietly situated behind a small campsite. Lots of privacy. Perhaps somewhat small for five people, although you all the time can live outside in the summer. Nice, large, partially covered patio. Some grass at different levels "s. You can enjoy the sun from" morning 8:00 to "evening 20.00.Een quiet pleasant place to spend your vacation.

Nice house with lots of privacy. Rest at a full camp seems hard to find, but there were hardly any guests at the camp when we were there, and we had a perfect week. Pity that there is only one toilet in the downstairs level. Is a far walk from the 2nd floor.

If you like privacy, this home is ideal. the accompanying campsite was almost empty at the end of the season. A very neat house (especially by French standards), but with a lot of steps in it. Owner speaks only French. Les Vans is a lively town, not touristy. Good base to explore the Ardeche.

It was a very nice holiday. The cottage was at the top of a very quiet site. You saw from the house, no tent or caravan stand. You felt rather alone on the mountain. Super. Nice terrace. The kids liked to play on the different delve into the garden and climbing the walls. The room in the basement (3Personen) was nice and fresh. The room in the roof (2 persons) was way too hot. The house was simple furnishings. Bathroom was very basic but clean. We got nothing deficit. We had rented sheets, but we had to unfortunately impose itself. You hire them basically for the convenience of not only still have to draw up beds on arrival. The pool was well kept, there was not too many people in. We were themselves often only with our family in the pool. Nice trip to do is right adjacent village of Naves. In short, the cottage is highly recommended because of location and the beautiful garden. Very nice vacation had.

It is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. We had great weather the whole week before the scheduled hikes. The garden is very nice with plenty of privacy. The campsite is very quiet in September. The iron garden chairs are not very comfortable to sit on. Luckily we had ourselves brought chairs and cushions. The loungers are contrast, fine! Overall, great vacation in a beautiful location!

Lovely gite present in natural stone, all comfort. Nice terrace where it was aangenam linger. The jet was above a campsite but this bothered not at all. We had enough private. At the campsite were few guests so wa often had the pool to ourselves.

We have been 2x in this house and like it fine. Located at the top of the (small-scale) campsite with no visual contact with others. The disadvantage of this is that if you go to the pool you have to walk down but also back up (or go by car). Furthermore, the house is fully equipped, but you have to bring your own bed linen or rent it. Personally, I think this should be standard in the price. There is no WiFi in the house (for those who cannot do without it), for this you have to be in the vicinity of the pool or go to the local "Tourist Information". Les Vans, 2 km away, is a nice village where all amenities are available. In the area there are plenty of opportunities for walking and/or cycling (hilly area, lack of cycle paths). The house remains on our list.

enjoyed at camping le pradal where our belvilla house stood above the campsite, a picture well massage the calves but then you also have some, clean, spacious and spacious plot which was great for our 2 dogs, next year according to owner a new bathroom and dishwasher and then it is indeed completely finished! super friendly owner and son and nothing was too much enjoy their own vineyard wines that are top.we were very content and thank etienne and mrs. martin for a wonderful holiday a must, just like the place les vans herself where you can eat and enjoy the shops, visit the market on Saturdays throughout the village and the flea market sometimes on Sundays, visit the lady at the beginning of the shopping street for oven pizza and restaurant the melting pot, for 100 % veal kebab (yes, yes) you do not go to the ardeche but you must have tasted it in restaurant paprika, if you come with dogs or if you want to sunbathe yourself, go look at les graufiere rs but then at the other campsite that sits there, in this area nice flowing water with stone plateaus but also a walk along the river and you come across the most beautiful resting places, vive la france
