Discover this beautiful holiday home with private pool, located near Les Vans, on the border of the Ardèche and the Gard. You will stay there comfortably with family or friends.
Here you are at the crossroads of the southern Ardèche and the Cévennes, known for its mild summers and cold winters. The village of Les Vans offers numerous restaurants and plenty of entertainment throughout the summer. Its narrow streets house façades dating back to the 16th century and there are many hiking and cycling tours available in the area. The impressive silhouettes of the limestone rocks of the Bois de Païolive, home to a distillery that can be reached on a horseback ride, are a must-see. A visit to the Gorges du Chassezac, for a picnic or to go fishing, climbing or paragliding, is also worthwhile.
The bright holiday home features a lovely swimming pool, a shaded terrace and a beautiful garden with breathtaking views of the valley. With its refined decoration, it is the ideal place for a successful holiday in the Cevennes National Park, between Alès and Aubenas. It is so 2km outside Le Vans (mountain). The view is beautiful and there is a lovely pool which is well maintained.

We were met on the spot by the friendly owner who gave us a complete tour and information about the stay. The description of the villa on the website corresponds to the impression you have when you are on the spot. In the fridge was even a tasty local rosé and a bottle of fresh fruit juice. Everything neatly maintained, including the pool. Brilliant location on a hillside with beautiful views over the valley. Worth repeating.

Nice base for excursions to the famous sites, but also go further westward to Villefort! Outhouse path over the hill to village!

Beautiful house in a top location with a breathtaking view. Two tips for the owners. Provide fans in the bedrooms (it gets too hot and the AC only works in the living room). In 1 bedroom there was a nice box spring. In the other two rooms the beds were insufficient for the price paid.

Upon arrival we were kindly received by the owner. He showed us the whole house. The house is very clean, very modern and is beautifully situated on a hill. Pity that there is another house built behind the house, here you do not bother, because it is located on the other side, but the view is therefore other than in the pictures of Belvilla Messages do you in the village at the super U, but for that you have to do with the auto.Wij had a pleasant stay, in this beautiful house, much enjoyed the pool and the rest In the area you can go swimming, canoeing or supping on the rivers and a trip to St. Tropez in half an hour to do.

There is an excellent welcome by an English speaking owner. It is an all mod cons villa with stunning views (9+). A sense of calm prevails locally. The distance to the charming village of Les Vans is by car 10 minutes. An ideal holiday destination to arrive at complete rest.

Spacious and comfortable house with excellent beds with fantastic views and a lovely pool.A very friendly owner who also gives tips to bezichtigen.Vanuit certain things bungalow you can cross the road from Le Pradal to drive the Gorges Chassezac. very indrukwekkend.Iets further away you'll find Roque-sur-Ceze and Cascade du Sautadet.Ook very bijzonder.Verder the Bois de Paiolive.Wel hiking boots.

Very spacious and neat house. Very quiet location with a beautiful view from the terrace. We have with our two children and their families had a great week. Lots and sojourned in the pool. To watch out for small children who can not swim since it's pretty deep. You have lots of privacy. Les Vans short drive away is cozy and has a lot to offer.

The very friendly owner was waiting for us on arrival. The house is all the way to the pictures. Nice, clean, well-kept rooms, a terrace with a beautiful view to dream away. You can take a car trip and discover the Ardèche in its full splendor, but also stay in the house And relaxing by the pool. This house is definitely a must.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. Lazing around the house. Hiking in the area. The house is on walking routes and you can find many ways. Road Trips around the area. By canoe up the river. Small villages in the area. Or just relax in the garden by the pool. It's all here. On Sun 'n can get five minutes from the village where you can find fresh bread every morning. Or where you "night you go out for dinner. The house is spacious. But you make the most use of the terrace with breathtaking views.

We were very kindly received by the homeowner. White wine, rosé and water were already cold in the fridge! Enthusiastically he showed us the villa (because that's it!) And explained some things. The villa is fantastic very spacious and lots of light, a lovely terrace with amazing views. And the private pool, which makes it complete. The surrounding area is beautiful you can make beautiful car trips, hiking, mountain biking, and canoeing through the gorges.

A very nice and clean house in a fantastic environment. The owner is very nice and easy to reach. He gives you tips such as, where is the best bakery and even names the best types of bread, gives tips where the sights are, a man full of passion. We really enjoyed ourselves in this luxurious comfortable house.

Received on arrival by the very friendly owner who speaks English quite well. The house is very spacious, clean, spacious and beautifully situated with a beautiful view. A nice stay for 4-6 people with enough space to not feel trapped if it rains. Plenty of privacy gives you a good feeling of freedom. We were only there for a week, but it is definitely recommended.
