The villa is just fantastic. A large, deep pool (over 2m deep) surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants; a beautiful garden with several fruit trees, a grill and sitting areas; inside a nice kitchen with two large fridges, a large gas stove and lots of nice dishes and cutlery; four beautiful bedrooms with bath and toilet, two of them have sea views from the balcony; a living room with two large sofas and a large dining table; Everywhere tastefully selected pictures, books and art books give the rooms additional charm. But all of this would only be a house if it weren't for the great, lovable hosts. The arrival was extremely friendly, almost like visiting friends. There were fresh flowers in all rooms and drinks and some groceries were provided for us in the fridge. Even during the stay, the hosts were quickly and easily available. The hospitality in this villa has been unsurpassed for us so far. We will come back in any case.

This is a marvellous house in all aspects! 4 large bedrooms and 4 separate bathrooms - so no queuing up here. Good kitchen facilities, Lots of chairs and tables - so dining can be outdoor or indoor. The pool is large and also good for small children, as they can walk down small stairs in the pool at the east end of it. Location of pool is perfect. Good sunbeds and parasols. Location and vue to the sea is an extra plus. The hospitality of the owners we will remember for years: We have never had experiences like this - never! This is the best renting experience we have ever had!

After the warm welcome of the owners, very charming couple, we were moved by the beauty of the house, the garden's views the layout of the house. Everything so beautiful. Really amazing !! The refrigerator was filled with delicacies of cakes of wine French cheeses. We could continue the weekend without any groceries. So delicious and relaxed. Our two weeks flew over and we have experienced that we are all about everything. Everywhere was thought of. Also for our 10-month granddaughter everything was home. We could have left so much at home. The pool is a dream. And what a view .... WAUW. That beautiful azure sea. Upon departure we were treated to wine and delicacies of the region to take home and for the baby a cute present. Then we swam out but with the promise that we will definitely come back to this dream spot.

Reception by owners themselves. Good explanation, very amiable and hospitable. Experiencing what it is like to live "like God in France"! The house feels like a warm home where you do not want to leave! A dispute arose whether you wanted to be a tourist or rather spend your time around this "paradise"! St. Paul is a half hour walk, but the 18% hill does not really invite you to go back on foot. You really lack nothing!

The welcoming of the owners was incredible, they had everything for the first day, champagne, bread, cheese, ham, salmon, fruit, soft drinks, wine ...... House was tip top shape! Never experienced that simply were all fridges full of drinks and food for us. Really amazing! The cottage is an excellent base for the Cote d 'Azur. The private collectors are very friendly and what 's reception in the fridge already water, juice, beer, cakes, biscuits and two bottles of champagne! All very neat and very pleasant. This cottage offers everything you need during a holiday week in southern France. The only thing missing is possible arico the bedrooms and horretjes the windows. The welcome was great. We were immediately offered a nice cold beer, wine or soda. There was a delicacy for us in the fridge and we could use all that was in the house. It has a beautiful garden with a very nice view of St. Paul de Vence. Unfortunately we could not see the Mediterranean, because what was hazy. The pool is really a gem. Fine water temperature. "In the morning as from the bedroom swim a few laps. At the departure we were met by the owner again surprised by the gift that we were given. 2 bottles we and two boxes with a local delicacy. When we drove were the owner and the owner waving after us until we were out of the picture. we have been going for many years to southern France, but such a reception we have not experienced before. we really had a great holiday week here.

But the most special was the welcoming reception, a well-stocked fridge and a delicious cake for us as guests. Super!
