Résidence Cap Marine is a relatively small holiday park located in a quiet suburb of the well-known seaside resort of Mandelieu-La Napoule, close to the fashionable and larger Cannes (5 km). The lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the centre of Mandelieu-La Napoule.
There is a reception, lifts, swimming pool with separate children's pool (both open from April to October; depending on the weather), playground and central parking.
Résidence Cap Marine offers an attractive holiday location in fantastic surroundings. It is peaceful and conveniently located close to the village and the sandy beach. The stately congress city of Cannes is just around the corner. Visit the famous La Croisette boulevard, the beautiful sandy beach with all its luxury pavilions, the chic shopping street Rue d’Antibes, the old Le Suquet district with its cosy restaurant street and the famous Palais des Festival. Cannes is a mundane coastal resort and a great place to go shopping, dining or to enjoy the nightlife.
Résidence Cap Marine is an ideal starting point to discover all the highlights of the Côte d’Azur and Provence. Flamboyant Nice, the perfume city of Grasse, royal Monte-Carlo and vibrant Saint-Tropez are nearby and all worth a visit. Day trips along the beautiful red rocks of the Estérel coastal mountains or to the deeply carved Gorges-du-Verdon are also excellent possibilities.

A fantastic getaway! The location was peaceful, but close enough to Cannes for day trips. The apartment had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days. I would definitely come back!

I was impressed by how well-equipped the apartment was. Having a dishwasher and a microwave made our stay much easier. Additionally, the proximity to the beach was a bonus!

Spacious and clean, no joke! The air conditioning was a lifesaver, and the kitchen had everything needed for late-night snack attacks. Perfect place for a beach trip.
