Beautiful, natural stone, detached villa with large surrounding garden with private pool, olive trees and picnic table. While enjoying a nice wine, you can enjoy a well-deserved, sun-drenched holiday here with unobstructed views over the beautiful garden and surrounding nature. The house has a spacious dining/sitting area and open-plan kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove. Cosily decorated and very comfortable furnishings. Satteliettv and wifi are available with Flemish channels and Netflix.
There are 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 small bedroom with single bed and then 1 room under the roof with 2 single beds. Due to the low roof, this last room is only suitable for children. Adjacent to the house, a stone-vaulted covered terrace with large oak table seating 12 people. Large garden of 1700m2, partly enclosed by a wall and with a large terrace and private swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September). Around the pool you will find a terrace with natural stone benches, as well as sunbeds, garden furniture and parasols. An outdoor shower offering the necessary privacy completes the picture. Take a siesta in the hammock in the shade of a deciduous tree and enjoy this lovely peaceful spot. The friendly town of Les Vans is barely 5 km from this holiday resort. For children, you will also find all kinds of entertainment including a children's house in the garden and games. Ideal property for year-round rental!

A beautiful house. Well equipped with utensils to prepare delicious meals to enjoy on the terrace. Nice bedrooms. It is a pity that the pool pump does not work, sand residue on the bottom and removing the chlorine flakes a few times a day ensures that the children do not mind. This was already clear on arrival, but still not settled after 4 days. Too bad, but don't spoil the fun.

The house is great with lots of space and privacy all around. We enjoyed the spacious swimming pool and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was useful. The house offers all conveniences and a spacious kitchen where you can enjoy cooking. It is remote and the road to it is a bit tight with oncoming traffic, but it is manageable and Les Vans is close by. You come here for your rest and then you can enjoy your holiday here. There are also disadvantages, tiger mosquitoes (August) from 7 p.m. so eating quietly outside is really not fun, in the living room there is no real sitting area but an old garden set, is not comfortable and looks cheap. The installation of the swimming pool is located in the garage and it makes a lot of noise, you should actually place something like that in a separate storage room or make the garage soundproof. You can really hear that in the house ... Furthermore, wifi moderate and not accessible everywhere, but had found a wifi extender and then it was much better. Anyway, those are luxury problems and is it really value for money. Have seen much more expensive homes that were in worse condition. All in all a must for people who are looking for peace, privacy and some comfort!

Very well maintained holiday home. Everything was there. Nice pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is a real plus. Quiet location. In short, we really enjoyed our holiday in this fantastic holiday home.
