This exotic villa with breathtaking views is in Malviès. It is ideal for a family stay. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the village between the vineyards, and the privacy of the large swimming pool.
Dine out at the nearest restaurant, just 6 km from the villa. The town centre lies 500 m from the property. The local market is only 6 km away from the stay. This place is an ideal starting point for various excursions like Castles of Cathras, the coast with the salt lakes and delicious oysters near Narbonne and Gruissan.
You can relish a lovely barbecue meal in the furnished garden or the terrace. Every Monday morning after arrival, our hostess welcomes you around ten o'clock with a visit to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The house looked comfortable in the photos. It was clean and neat. We quickly came to the conclusion that both parasols belonging to the lounge sofas, clearly visible in the photos, were not present / available. In fact, the lounge sofas are the only comfortable places to sit / lie outside. We clearly experienced the lack of parasols as a loss. After an app message about this, we were recommended to use two other small umbrellas. After a search in the rear part of the long cellar, we found the washing machine not convenient, partly because you have to go to the cellar via a difficult staircase outside the house. For people with walking difficulties, this is not a convenient house with the many steps and steps around the house, also to reach the swimming pool. Enough space to park the house, tranquility and a magnificent view towards the Pyrenees. Within walking distance there are vineyards, a kind of bakery at the end of the street, chateau Gulham within walking distance and many nice neighbors. Three good bathrooms and air conditioning everywhere. The latter is very important with the heat there was during our week. A nice and clean swimming pool with lighting, great! It looked a bit dated for all of us, but not disturbing yet.

Our holiday in Malviès was like a dream. The house is really fully equipped, my partner does not have many opportunities to walk and/or stand for a long time due to a hernia, but I found it no problem to stay "at home" a lot. The lovely swimming pool, the various seating areas, the bbq, the kitchen with everything you need, the living room with a fantastic sofa and (to our great surprise) 192 TV, the multiple (super clean, my compliments!) bathrooms, the books, games, and so on I could go on and on. We also received a very warm welcome with a bottle of wine and a welcome note, thank you for that! We definitely want to go here again! The area is beautiful and as soon as we are more mobile we will explore it a bit more than we have already done. This was our best vacation ever.

The location is beautiful and the view fantastic! The only pity was that on the day of arrival we wanted to watch TV in the evening (European Football Championship Russia - Belgium) and the TV set was not working. Everything done according to the instruction sheet but we couldn't get the TV to work. On closer inspection, it turned out that the antenna cable was no longer connected and broken. We have been here the first two weeks of September with four people. What a wonderful house. If you want to rest, this house is the perfect place. Everything is there. The pool is very clean and the sun beds around it are great. On the large terrace there is a lounge set and a large dining table in the shade with a great view. We also used the BBQ outside every day. Inside it is also very comfortable. The bedrooms have good beds. Everything is neat in the living room with large corner sofa. We have lived outside for 2 weeks. Not much of the area seen. I.v.m. Corona virus we stayed at the house and did not go out for dinner, but that was no problem because the house is fully equipped. We will come back here for sure!

We had a fantastic stay in villa "au Belle Vue". Everything is provided in the villa, there is really nothing that is missing. Comfort guaranteed, everything super clean! It is wonderful to relax in the large swimming pool and the lounge chairs under the umbrellas. We slept wonderfully on the soft mattresses. In terms of environment, Malviès is not really touristy, we visited several villages in the area, but there was not really much to do. However, fantastic views and beautiful nature. It is ideal to explore by bicycle.

The location is beautiful and the view fantastic! The only pity was that on the day of arrival we wanted to watch TV in the evening (European Football Championship Russia - Belgium) and the TV set was not working. Everything done according to the instruction sheet but we couldn't get the TV to work. On closer inspection, it turned out that the antenna cable was no longer connected and broken. We have been here the first two weeks of September with four people. What a wonderful house. If you want to rest, this house is the perfect place. Everything is there. The pool is very clean and the sun beds around it are great. On the large terrace there is a lounge set and a large dining table in the shade with a great view. We also used the BBQ outside every day. Inside it is also very comfortable. The bedrooms have good beds. Everything is neat in the living room with large corner sofa. We have lived outside for 2 weeks. Not much of the area seen. I.v.m. Corona virus we stayed at the house and did not go out for dinner, but that was no problem because the house is fully equipped. We will come back here for sure!

We had a fantastic stay in villa "au Belle Vue". Everything is provided in the villa, there is really nothing that is missing. Comfort guaranteed, everything super clean! It is wonderful to relax in the large swimming pool and the lounge chairs under the umbrellas. We slept wonderfully on the soft mattresses. In terms of environment, Malviès is not really touristy, we visited several villages in the area, but there was not really much to do. However, fantastic views and beautiful nature. It is ideal to explore by bicycle.

The house looked comfortable in the photos. It was clean and neat. We quickly came to the conclusion that both parasols belonging to the lounge sofas, clearly visible in the photos, were not present / available. In fact, the lounge sofas are the only comfortable places to sit / lie outside. We clearly experienced the lack of parasols as a loss. After an app message about this, we were recommended to use two other small umbrellas. After a search in the rear part of the long cellar, we found the washing machine not convenient, partly because you have to go to the cellar via a difficult staircase outside the house. For people with walking difficulties, this is not a convenient house with the many steps and steps around the house, also to reach the swimming pool. Enough space to park the house, tranquility and a magnificent view towards the Pyrenees. Within walking distance there are vineyards, a kind of bakery at the end of the street, chateau Gulham within walking distance and many nice neighbors. Three good bathrooms and air conditioning everywhere. The latter is very important with the heat there was during our week. A nice and clean swimming pool with lighting, great! It looked a bit dated for all of us, but not disturbing yet.

Our holiday in Malviès was like a dream. The house is really fully equipped, my partner does not have many opportunities to walk and/or stand for a long time due to a hernia, but I found it no problem to stay "at home" a lot. The lovely swimming pool, the various seating areas, the bbq, the kitchen with everything you need, the living room with a fantastic sofa and (to our great surprise) 192 TV, the multiple (super clean, my compliments!) bathrooms, the books, games, and so on I could go on and on. We also received a very warm welcome with a bottle of wine and a welcome note, thank you for that! We definitely want to go here again! The area is beautiful and as soon as we are more mobile we will explore it a bit more than we have already done. This was our best vacation ever.

The house looked comfortable in the photos. It was clean and neat. We quickly came to the conclusion that both parasols belonging to the lounge sofas, clearly visible in the photos, were not present / available. In fact, the lounge sofas are the only comfortable places to sit / lie outside. We clearly experienced the lack of parasols as a loss. After an app message about this, we were recommended to use two other small umbrellas. After a search in the rear part of the long cellar, we found the washing machine not convenient, partly because you have to go to the cellar via a difficult staircase outside the house. For people with walking difficulties, this is not a convenient house with the many steps and steps around the house, also to reach the swimming pool. Enough space to park the house, tranquility and a magnificent view towards the Pyrenees. Within walking distance there are vineyards, a kind of bakery at the end of the street, chateau Gulham within walking distance and many nice neighbors. Three good bathrooms and air conditioning everywhere. The latter is very important with the heat there was during our week. A nice and clean swimming pool with lighting, great! We had a fantastic stay in villa "au Belle Vue". Everything is provided in the villa, there is really nothing that is missing. Comfort guaranteed, everything super clean! It is wonderful to relax in the large swimming pool and the lounge chairs under the umbrellas. We slept wonderfully on the soft mattresses. In terms of environment, Malviès is not really touristy, we visited several villages in the area, but there was not really much to do. However, fantastic views and beautiful nature. It is ideal to explore by bicycle.

We have been here the first two weeks of September with four people. What a wonderful house. If you want to rest, this house is the perfect place. Everything is there. The pool is very clean and the sun beds around it are great. On the large terrace there is a lounge set and a large dining table in the shade with a great view. We also used the BBQ outside every day. Inside it is also very comfortable. The bedrooms have good beds. Everything is neat in the living room with large corner sofa. We have lived outside for 2 weeks. Not much of the area seen. I.v.m. Corona virus we stayed at the house and did not go out for dinner, but that was no problem because the house is fully equipped. We will come back here for sure!

The location is beautiful and the view fantastic! The only pity was that on the day of arrival we wanted to watch TV in the evening (European Football Championship Russia - Belgium) and the TV set was not working. Everything done according to the instruction sheet but we couldn't get the TV to work. On closer inspection, it turned out that the antenna cable was no longer connected and broken. Our holiday in Malviès was like a dream. The house is really fully equipped, my partner does not have many opportunities to walk and/or stand for a long time due to a hernia, but I found it no problem to stay "at home" a lot. The lovely swimming pool, the various seating areas, the bbq, the kitchen with everything you need, the living room with a fantastic sofa and (to our great surprise) 192 TV, the multiple (super clean, my compliments!) bathrooms, the books, games, and so on I could go on and on. We also received a very warm welcome with a bottle of wine and a welcome note, thank you for that! We definitely want to go here again! The area is beautiful and as soon as we are more mobile we will explore it a bit more than we have already done. This was our best vacation ever.
