We had a nice stay in this villa. The kitchen was well-equipped and the coffee machine was a nice addition to our morning routine. The living room was comfortable and we enjoyed streaming movies in the evenings.

Nice environment, the cottage is in a residential area that is next to a large job, yet you have no problems with noise and it is very quiet. It is well located and from there there are easy trips to do. The house is a bit outdated and there were some small defects that I also reported as the holder of the shower was broken so you could not hang it up, there were 2 sun loungers at the pool broken, on the terrace upstairs were the green plastic seats also not in good condition. The umbrellas that were there were all broken. I actually find it a bit bad that a good umbrella and pool heating are not included in the rent ... I think that the rent for this property is high enough to first of all be completely in order and also to standardize these things leave. We also suffered a lot from small mosquitoes there, ... really impossible to do, even mosquito repellent does not help

The accommodation we found reasonable - little cupboard space for clothes, third bedroom with bunk bed is actually not a bedroom but a storage room, with accompanying odor (not pleasant) Garden has a reasonable size, but is not really usable for outdoor games such as badminton, for example. The house is in a quiet location, with a nice view of the forest and a good swimming pool.

The villa is a hidden treasure! It is well equipped and offers plenty of space for our group of friends. We loved the covered terrace where we had our meals while being surrounded by nature.

A kleones house, but very cozy. A large terrace with a wonderful uninterrupted view of the forest. Part of the terrace is covered, excellent for breakfast or dinner al fresco (we practically only stayed outside, even when it rained). The pool area and the pool itself is very nicely laid out and well maintained, with sun loungers and parasols available. And absolute peace and quiet and practically invisible. Groceries and restaurants require a few kilometers drive, but a winery is only three minutes away (so it depends on the focus). The support from Belvilla was very good and tried hard, we had a defect in the dishwasher, on the A new one was installed the next day. In our opinion, however, the house should be occupied by a maximum of 4 people.

With a final cleaning of 150€, I think it's a pity that the ceilings and corners of the rooms were full of cobwebs. Otherwise it was reasonably clean.

Had a wonderful holiday in this cozy house, overlooking a beautiful forest, quiet and lots of privacy. The house is not very spacious but it is cozy / homely decorated and fully equipped. Nice swimming pool! Was cleaned well once a week. Agree with the previous review that the small room with the bunk beds smells musty and the hallway. But this is not the case in the rest of the house. Much to see in the area. You cannot miss places like Carcassonne, Minerve and also Narbonne. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. All in all had a very nice holiday !!

Furthermore, the bed was fine and it’s a nice house for 2 people. The surroundings are very beautiful with many wine chateaus, the beach, Carcassonne, and Canal du Midi as highlights.
