Set in Félines-Minervois, amidst vineyards, this is a 5-bedroom villa for 10 persons. The villa comes with a private heatable swimming pool and a bubble bath to spend an exotic holiday. You can stay here comfortably with a large family or a group of friends.
In the surrounding area, active holidaymakers can go walking or cycling. They can enjoy windsurfing and sailing on Lake Jouares. In winter months, you can visit the nearby ski resorts. Supermarkets are at 500 m if you wish to stock up daily essentials. The towns of Olonzac and Homps are great for day tours.
The villa offers a lovely lounge set by the pool to enjoy outdoor living and dining. In the evenings, you can add a little wine to the barbecued meals on the table. Play equipment and toys are available for children. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

the house is hard to find especially if you arrive "in the evening, please indicate that the house number is 9 on the Route The carcassonne makes it easy for the GPS. the accommodation is very confortable and suitable for 8 people and pleasant with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, the weather was a bit disappointing but that hardly depressed the atmosphere.

We have been coming to this house for years. With 9 people the house has many advantages. It is a pity that little maintenance has been done over the years. Defects that we have been seeing for years have been resolved to a small extent and in a number of cases have even become worse.
Despite that, we always have a good time. We already call it our second home in the fall. We hope that more will be done about maintenance. The kitchen certainly needs to be renovated.

Zeer Goed toeven. Het weer is er fantastisch leuke markten in de omgeving en het huis is prima op orde. Mooi zwembad jacuzzi en alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. In het huis is alles aanwezig. Er is zeker aandacht besteed aan de negatieve reacties in de voorgaande jaren. Onze kinderen hebben zich zeer goed vermaakt. Speelgoed in overvloed.

To begin with, the house was dirty, cobwebs everywhere, dust on the furniture,... broken umbrellas, we had to ask for some to be brought to us... dishes not very clean, front door impossible to close and a take back the key we had to go out through the window of the terrace, very dilapidated bathroom disgusting shower curtain impossible to fix the shower head clip broken .. house not very tidy and disorder everywhere, very low-end furnishings, slabs on the edge of the swimming pool which no longer hold!... considering the price for a week of the occasion I advise the owner to make a little investment...

It is spacious, the jacuzzi worked happily, the garden is full of old play equipment (I would say: remove it), swimming pool is fine, beds were fine, all bedrooms have a basic bathroom, the decor was a mixed bag; you are really visiting, the area is beautiful, village is smaller than small

House had several worn defects and was not really clean. Playground was also ni really child safe. Terrace stones around the pool were loose everywhere so not pleasant to walk around

villa is in need of refurbishment. toys are outdated, trampos are not safe. we cleaned the air conditioning filters on arrival as they were very dirty. many tiles on the terrace were loose, jacuzzi did not heat up. had.

House is somewhat dated and needs some updates (loose tiles at the pool, parasol broken) The children were looking forward to the playground that was there, but unfortunately could not use it because of the bad condition (excellent nails, not anchored devices ...). Everything else was there and neat. Swimming pool and jaccuzi were clean and nice to use!

Very nice, neat and spacious accommodation. Super large swimming pool and pleasant jacuzzi. The numerous bathrooms and toilets are a plus especially with large groups or several families together. The children have a good time. The center of the town is somewhat quiet but very social towards tourists. bit difficult to find.A sign with the name La Cerisette and an arrow on it seems appropriate to find more smoothly.Super stay !!

Our arrival started badly. We were expecting to see a wonderful hot jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was empty. We had not received a message about this. We then immediately sent an email to Kuypersverhuur. Calling was not possible because they were closed. We were called back on Monday and we were told that the jacuzzi was broken. In this conversation they admitted that they already knew this on the day of our arrival. Too bad they kept us in the dark. Ultimately, the jacuzzi was never made during our stay. To clarify our story, we choose a house with a jacuzzi as the first choice. You understand that this has been a damper on the holiday. We have understood from Kuypersverhuur that they want to compensate for something. From our point of view, something that makes perfect sense, you want to keep us as a customer. This is, in our opinion, partly because the pool cover could not be used. This doesn't feel completely fair.

The house was very spacious and children were very enthusiastic about the swimming pool and available toys and play area! For families with young children, this property is very ideal! Apart from a few negative points, our overall impression was very positive, we made it very positive in any case, as we did not want to ruin our holiday feeling ... maintaining the garden before the high season begins, no one had been coming for weeks to maintain the garden looking at the height of the plants / weeds in the garden ... Gardener has only come the penultimate day of our stay ...
