Beautiful setting and well-equipped house. Nice jacuzzi and nice pool. Only air conditioning in 1 bedroom. That was not in the advertisement.

A very nice house in a very nice area. There is a sufficiently large swimming pool and the jacuzzi is really lovely! There is a lot of pool toys, two bathrooms and two toilets are handy. The kitchen is large enough and there is everything you need. There are two terraces for eating, but the one at the kitchen is open all day in the blazing sun without a canopy, and the other is at the living room, with beautiful views and views of the pool. This is actually too small for five / six people. You can no longer pass and there is also "very late sun in the evening (beautiful sunset), so you are obliged to eat indoors or very late after sunset. The village is small without a bakery or butcher but with a small shop with a very friendly owner and there is almost everything you need, including bread and meat. It is about 700 meters away. Besides Carcassonne, Minerve is also a fantastic village to visit. We were a bit disappointed in the welcome, because there was no reception, we have not seen anyone throughout the week, we have not been explained about anything and there is no folder with tips, nor is there a fresh bottle of water or anything if you arrive after 13 hours. coffee machine we still had to search and was completely covered with dust. The dishwasher was full of soaking dishes and was even a bit dirty and the bath water was not heated, even though it was included in the price. A text message that there was an error to the pool device was answered very quickly but no pool man came to see it. Once we got over that disappointment, we really enjoyed the house. I would also like to add that the message we received that we were allowed to be in the house from 12:00 noon has made up for a lot because now there was still enough time to find a shop.

What a lovely house! Quietly located, a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi .. The house is fully equipped and is very child friendly. There are many toys and of course the playground equipment in the garden! Highly recommended!

A very nice house in a very nice area. There is a sufficiently large swimming pool and the jacuzzi is really lovely! There is a lot of pool toys, two bathrooms and two toilets are handy. The kitchen is large enough and there is everything you need. There are two terraces for eating, but the one at the kitchen is open all day in the blazing sun without a canopy, and the other is at the living room, with beautiful views and views of the pool. This is actually too small for five / six people. You can no longer pass and there is also "very late sun in the evening (beautiful sunset), so you are obliged to eat indoors or very late after sunset. The village is small without a bakery or butcher but with a small shop with a very friendly owner and there is almost everything you need, including bread and meat. It is about 700 meters away. Besides Carcassonne, Minerve is also a fantastic village to visit. We were a bit disappointed in the welcome, because there was no reception, we have not seen anyone throughout the week, we have not been explained about anything and there is no folder with tips, nor is there a fresh bottle of water or anything if you arrive after 13 hours. coffee machine we still had to search and was completely covered with dust. The dishwasher was full of soaking dishes and was even a bit dirty and the bath water was not heated, even though it was included in the price. A text message that there was an error to the pool device was answered very quickly but no pool man came to see it. Once we got over that disappointment, we really enjoyed the house. I would also like to add that the message we received that we were allowed to be in the house from 12:00 noon has made up for a lot because now there was still enough time to find a shop.

Lovely and clean house, quiet location. Beautiful surrounding terrace with various seating areas so that you can eat/relax at any time of the day in the sun or in the shade and enjoy the beautiful view. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and set to a nice temperature. The kitchen is brand new. For a bakery you have to take the car (there is a small shop with a limited supply of baguettes and croissants within walking distance) and the surrounding villages have fallen asleep a bit. Nice cities can be reached within an hour by car.

La Capitelle has amply exceeded our expectations, often it remains to be seen whether the photos still correspond to reality, Well here everything is almost in line with reality, of course some things could use a new coat of paint here and there, but it is disturbing It's not really Funny that there are many toys and / or craft products for young families already present, just like a whole cupboard full of family games and a drawer full of children's DVDs ☺️ and you don't have to bring a book to read either not necessarily, since there is plenty of reading material in the cupboard in the vila 🤣 very nice that you can quickly wash and / or dry your bath towels and stuff in between 🤗 that extra fridge / freezer was a mega asset with that heat 🥰 The pool was amazing as well as the jacuzzi, being able to sunbathe on those beds by the pool just missed a delicious cool cocktail 😜 unfortunately didn't get to play ping pong (yes, there's even a real big ping pong table in the barn 🤗) Our teenagers ( 17 & 15 ) have never been bored for a single moment, only missed a scoot to be able to go out in the area on your own, but good with Dad or Moe, they also came everywhere 🙈🤣 visited many small surrounding villages and every morning she walked to the local "bakery" or mini super for a late breakfast.. visited several restaurants in the area that are easy to do, but a nice chill bbq could also be done on the terrace.. All in all, despite the low water pressure in both the kitchen as both showers, we have had two super weeks! Thank you Karin for your super quick response / action and Paul you are really a winner! #Definitely recommended... #Definitely worth 4.5 Star

A very nice house in a very nice area. There is a sufficiently large swimming pool and the jacuzzi is really lovely! There is a lot of pool toys, two bathrooms and two toilets are handy. The kitchen is large enough and there is everything you need. There are two terraces for eating, but the one at the kitchen is open all day in the blazing sun without a canopy, and the other is at the living room, with beautiful views and views of the pool. This is actually too small for five / six people. You can no longer pass and there is also "very late sun in the evening (beautiful sunset), so you are obliged to eat indoors or very late after sunset. The village is small without a bakery or butcher but with a small shop with a very friendly owner and there is almost everything you need, including bread and meat. It is about 700 meters away. Besides Carcassonne, Minerve is also a fantastic village to visit. We were a bit disappointed in the welcome, because there was no reception, we have not seen anyone throughout the week, we have not been explained about anything and there is no folder with tips, nor is there a fresh bottle of water or anything if you arrive after 13 hours. coffee machine we still had to search and was completely covered with dust. The dishwasher was full of soaking dishes and was even a bit dirty and the bath water was not heated, even though it was included in the price. A text message that there was an error to the pool device was answered very quickly but no pool man came to see it. Once we got over that disappointment, we really enjoyed the house. I would also like to add that the message we received that we were allowed to be in the house from 12:00 noon has made up for a lot because now there was still enough time to find a shop.

What a lovely house! Quietly located, a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi .. The house is fully equipped and is very child friendly. There are many toys and of course the playground equipment in the garden! Highly recommended!

Lovely and clean house, quiet location. Beautiful surrounding terrace with various seating areas so that you can eat/relax at any time of the day in the sun or in the shade and enjoy the beautiful view. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and set to a nice temperature. The kitchen is brand new. For a bakery you have to take the car (there is a small shop with a limited supply of baguettes and croissants within walking distance) and the surrounding villages have fallen asleep a bit. Nice cities can be reached within an hour by car.
