In this pleasant holiday home in Miremont, you can completely unwind on the verandah in privacy. The holiday home is ideal for a family with children or a group of 6 people.
Miremornt is famous for walking, hiking, and cycling paths through the woods and of course, Motor Cross. Restaurants to enjoy local cuisine lie at 9 km from the home. For excursions, Château de Miremont is 10 km away and Vulcania is 25 km away.
The holiday home comes with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals of your choice. If you're a little cold, you can light the wood-burning stove in the living room and get cosy with a racy read. When the weather is nice, you can eat either on the covered terrace or on the open terrace. There are a cot and a high chair for little ones on holiday. A spiral staircase takes you to the attic. This attic is on the lower side, as depicted in the pictures of this property.

Bedrooms and washing facility/toilet in the attic are pure shacks, separated from each other with wooden boards instead of doors, no wardrobes or similar, you have to bend down a lot to get from the so-called bedroom to the washbasin. No sink on the ground floor, whoever uses the toilet must then wash their hands in the sink. Basement not usable, musty - more or less a bed in a laundry room. Access to the house over 20 uneven, slippery steps when it rains, from the ground floor to the top floor via a very narrow and very steep spiral staircase. The house full of odds and ends, no free space in cupboards or drawers for your own things. Garden very nice, high-quality seating, loungers and barbecue. However, there is no longer any greenery in front of the house, and a new building is being built below the house. Too bad - we couldn't stand it after 6 out of 14 days

Food was dirty on arrival, everything was washed immediately Dishwasher leaked when washing. Lower bedroom not to be used due to humidity. Bedrooms upstairs very low passage from one place to the other. In the event of a fire no escape attempt is possible from the top floor. However, beautiful surroundings and many excursion options. Small restaurant with juicy boss open on the lake (500m) good regional meal taken. In the end our leave was better than expected.

This house is well equipped, with lots of kitchen utensils, a washing machine and dryer, children's toys, Dutch books, outdoor seating, etc. Because of the many things there is not a lot of storage space for your things, but with some creativity that is no problem. The bedrooms are under the gabled roof, which is very low, so that we could only stand upright in the point. Not very practical with a baby, but you get used to it and the rooms are spacious enough. The area is quiet and there is a lake with a swimming beach, playground and the possibility to rent pedal boats nearby. The (attractions around) the volcanoes of the Puy de Dôme region are also easily accessible. A place where you can enjoy a great holiday. The owner of the house is friendly and helpful.
