This is a fabulous 5-bedroom villa in Mouans-Sartoux. Located in the peaceful countryside and surrounded by greenery, it offers complete privacy. It is ideal for two families. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants can be found in Mouans-Sartoux within 3 km of the home. The village lies between Cannes and the perfume city of Grasse. You can visit the coastal towns of Monaco, Nice, Antibes, and Juan-les-Pins as well as picturesque mountain villages like Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Valbonne. Golf lovers will find a beautiful golf course 5km away while a tennis court is located 3 km from here. There's a beach 10km away with a water sports facility. The villa has a foosball table and table tennis table. There is a covered terrace with a barbecue and a view of the enclosed swimming pool. It also has a garden. It is child-friendly and has a children's bed and high chair. You're allowed to bring 1 pet. It offers bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.

A group of us spent 5 days at this amazing property, it has everything you need. The hosts were also lovely and extremely helpful

It is a beautiful villa with the big advantage, the swimming pool with fence and sports and games for children and adults! The table, seats and BBQ are ideal for dinner! The owners live nearby and are nice but not on the doorstep every day ha ha. Upstairs it got very hot and we had problems with mosquitoes, only drawbacks. Mosquito net and air con would be even more ideal.
