I . The plot
the "House of Dreams" is a charming house built in 1938
(in Dopellhaus construction), from the year 1938. It is 160 m² large
large. The whole building has recently been thoroughly renovated.
The house is situated on a plot of 500 m². It is surrounded on 3 sides by a wonderful 80-year-old forest.
From the fourth, the house borders the semi-detached house.
On the plot there are 3 parking spaces for cars (one car behind the other).
At the house there is a 40 m² terrace bordering the dining room. The whole property is fenced, it is very suitable for the children.
II . The house.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house, with a total of 13 beds.
I. floor.
- one bedroom 2+1+1 (one double bed + one bunk bed)
- one bedroom 2+1 (one double bed + one sofa bed)
- one bedroom 1+1 (two sofa beds)
II. floor
- one bedroom 2+2 ( 2 double beds)
In all rooms TV SAT + a wireless internet connection.
On each floor there is a bathroom (on the ground floor - WC + shower, on the first floor - WC + bathtub, on the attic - WC + shower).
There is a hairdryer in each bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a TV room with the fireplace
( 15 m²), and a dining room with a large table and 12 chairs. From the dining room there is direct access to the terrace.
Next to these rooms is a large kitchen.

Location and surroundings of object
"The House of Dreams" ( is an ideal place for all Baltic Sea lovers who appreciate silence and tranquillity. It is a "pearl" on the Polish coast.
The nearest town, Brzeżyno, is 3 km along a cobbled path through the small town, just over the bridge on the Rega River.
"The House of Dreams" is situated in the middle of the forest, to the beach ( 250 m.) it is only 5 min. On the almost empty beach ( even in high season) you can enjoy sunbathing and take long walks, towards Pogorzelica
( approx. 10 km), away from the city.
If you don't feel like such a long trip, you can also go to the fishing port in Mrzeżyno, along the coast. Here you can make yourself comfortable in one of the many fish smokehouses and enjoy the view of the Rega estuary in the Baltic Sea.
Parallel to the beach there is a 15-kilometre-long forest with a lot of animals. While walking in the forest, you can meet squirrels, foxes, deer, hares, wild boars, and if you are very lucky, even an elk.
In autumn, you can pick some tasty mushrooms in the nearby forest, which you can then prepare in the evening by the open fireplace. For sports fans, we recommend beautiful areas for cycling tours. For this purpose we put 10 bicycles at your disposal.
In case of bad weather, you can take a car trip to Pogorzelica, where you can spend time in Aquapark at the Hotel Sandra SPA. After a Jacuzzi and sauna bath, you can return to Mrzeżyno and end the day in a small cosy cinema.
If you want to spend time at home, we provide you with the offer of DVD movies, as well as chess and cards.
To avoid boredom, you can play bowling and boules in front of the house or on the beach.
We offer you an excellent and unforgettable stay in great surroundings, with high standard and comfort.

Top accommodation
We felt very comfortable in the "Dream House" and lacked for nothing.
The location so close to the beach is perfect, and the pine forest (which starts right at the front door) invites long walks!
Uncomplicated contact with the landlord, and we will gladly come back.

Dream House deserves the title.
We had a wonderful stay at the holiday home "Dream House" and can only recommend it! The house is very well-maintained, clean, and cozy. We especially liked the beautiful location with a view of nature – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The amenities were complete, nothing was missing, and the kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the communication went smoothly. The holiday home is located in a quiet area, but shopping opportunities and attractions are still easily accessible.
Overall, it was a great vacation, and I am already looking forward to my next visit to the "Dream House"! Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting.

New Year's Eve holiday
We spent New Year's Eve with 11 people in the Domek Marzen holiday home and were all satisfied! The house is secluded and very cosy. The beach is not far away. Dogs were no problem.

The house invites you to come back!
Booked for a big family weekend and everyone was sad when we had to leave. The only thing we missed was a coffee machine, or a big coffee pot with a filter. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied!
