Domek Marzeń in Mrzeżyno is a charming seaside holiday house created for guests who dream of relaxing by the Polish Baltic Sea, surrounded by peace, nature and comfort. Located at Świerkowa 47A, only about 450 metres from the beach, it offers the perfect combination of forest silence and easy access to the sea. A short walk through a beautiful coastal forest takes guests to a wide, clean and quiet beach, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, long walks and true relaxation away from crowds.
The house has approximately 160 m² and is set in an atmospheric semi-detached building dating back to 1938. It is a spacious and comfortable choice for families, groups of friends and guests travelling with children. Inside, there are 4 bedrooms with a total of 13 sleeping places and 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a cosy fireplace room connected with the dining area, where a large table and 12 chairs create the perfect space for shared meals and evening conversations. Next to it, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, freezer and complete tableware for 13 people.
The house is located on a fenced plot of around 500 m², surrounded by beautiful forest on three sides and safe for younger guests. A 40-metre terrace connected with the dining room invites guests to enjoy outdoor meals and peaceful mornings. Garden furniture, a grill, deckchairs, beach screens, blankets, towels and parking spaces are also available. The plot also features a sandy beach volleyball court, making it a great place for outdoor fun.
Domek Marzeń is also an excellent base for active holidays. Guests can take long walks along the beach towards Pogorzelica, explore the nearby forests, go mushroom picking in autumn or follow the scenic Mrzeżyno–Pogorzelica cycling route along forests and dunes. There are 13 bicycles available for guests, including bikes for adults and children. On rainy days, the house offers board games, chess, cards, DVDs and a film collection. Pets are welcome, so the whole family — including four-legged friends — can enjoy a memorable seaside stay.

Top accommodation
We felt very comfortable in the "Dream House" and lacked for nothing.
The location so close to the beach is perfect, and the pine forest (which starts right at the front door) invites long walks!
Uncomplicated contact with the landlord, and we will gladly come back.

Dream House deserves the title.
We had a wonderful stay at the holiday home "Dream House" and can only recommend it! The house is very well-maintained, clean, and cozy. We especially liked the beautiful location with a view of nature – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The amenities were complete, nothing was missing, and the kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the communication went smoothly. The holiday home is located in a quiet area, but shopping opportunities and attractions are still easily accessible.
Overall, it was a great vacation, and I am already looking forward to my next visit to the "Dream House"! Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting.

New Year's Eve holiday
We spent New Year's Eve with 11 people in the Domek Marzen holiday home and were all satisfied! The house is secluded and very cosy. The beach is not far away. Dogs were no problem.

The house invites you to come back!
Booked for a big family weekend and everyone was sad when we had to leave. The only thing we missed was a coffee machine, or a big coffee pot with a filter. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied!
